I often order from this location on the weekends. It's usually very busy and that's ok. I expect that honestly. Last night I placed an order online. I ordered 2 pastas, a sandwich, and some bread bites. There is no option to add extra sauce to the pastas online so I always call after placing my order to ask them to do so. It has never been a problem until last night. Upon calling I was informed that because they were busy they could not add extra sauce to my pasta. I can understand having longer wait times due to being busy, but I do not understand why I could have my food made according to my liking. I asked to just cancel the order. I chose not to speak to a manager last night because I was really upset about it and did not wanna take my frustrations out on them, so I chose to try and calm down and call today instead. As I began to explain the reason for my call he became very short with me. He actually asked me "are you going to get to the point of why you are calling"? I indicated I was trying to do that and continued to explain. After listening to me in full, he was clearly agitated. He informed me that I should have called them before placing my order instead of after to let them know I was going to be placing my order and to ask for the extra sauce then as if that would have changed the outcome. I mean, they would have been just as busy before as they were after, right? I have always called after placing my order and it was never a problem before and I've never been asked to do it differently moving forward. Ultimately he told me he did not have time to talk to me and hung up the phone. We as patrons are expected to show a certain level of respect to fast food and restaurant employees especially during the current pandemic due to short staffing issues, but isn't it fair to expect the same respect from these establishments that we spend our hard earned money with??? I am in complete shock! I have been a very loyal to this company at this location for several years ordering at least once a week if not more. I have never ever been treated this way!    Read moreI ordered pizza with the app. At the time the app was indicating 60 minutes. After I checked out and paid, that changed to 90 minutes. At the 2 hour mark, I was second on the list shown on the wall display and no one could accurately tell me how much time is left. The staff has been apologetic but at the same time has not offered a knowledgeable answer or a solution. I have screenshots of the app and pictures of the display to show the progression of what I'm talking about. I can't think of a worse customer service experience that I've encountered. I can't fathom what dereliction of management would have caused the issue tonight. I get being busy and the staff is working hard. The problem is they have no direction.
The app is a joke. From the moment I placed the order, It says Matthew is preparing my food. I'm not even sure that there is a Matthew and know one here even knows about my order except for the fact that I'm standing in front of them. It said that for almost 2 hours. The only phase that it was honest about was when it was in the oven. It said it was ready 5 minutes before the order came out of the oven.

When the driver dropped our food off he asked me if i was going to give him a tip i said i didnt have any money on me and he said "you can use your card" like excuse me you dont ask if you get a tip even though i tipped $5 but the employee forgot our drink we was going to have with our dinner and when i called i had to wait 20mins just for 1 2-liter after i had called 20mins before to ask where our drink was. So a total of 35-40 mins i had to wait after getting our food to get our drink the employee forgot.
