This place is a hard 3. The food is average with nothing standing out in the face of Atlantic Ave competition. This place will fail as it's equally less than lackluster predecessor Avalon did. If you're an investor in this place, I'm sorry for you as you're being fleeced by bad leadership, bad processes, bad hires and average food. Your bartenders are, without exception, the worst on the ave and sadly you have a great drink menu. For starters, there's an Eminem-looking "manager" looking person wearing a baseball hat, feeding shots to the already atrocious bartenders while youre charging peole 50 bucks for mediocre entrees. Then there are the slow bartenders who can't take orders for nor make more than 1 drink at a time...literally. Your patrons will dehydrate or leave and u will fail again as the list of the new "it" places on the ave is long and illustrious. The night I sat at the bar I watched a busy boy I'll call bun-guy sneeze and literally drool snot onto the lemons he was cutting and not throw them away. It was grotesque. I saw another bus boy hand toothpicks to a bartenders and proceeded to pick his teeth with one behind the bar. Then there's the 4 foot female bartender who couldn't be more miserable if she tried, and unable to reach high enough to grab certain things and further delaying orders, not to be outdone by q-tip head who couldn't be bothered to clean the bar in front of any patron all night and lastly there some other chick who flicked through 100 receipts before finding our tab when we left. It took an average of 10 minutes to get a drink and took longer than that to get our tab when it was slower in the night. Your good, loyal employees won't stay and as a result things will get worse and you are destined for failure before the end of rhe summer if not sooner. I hope u get it...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Avalon Beach House. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect stage for an exceptional dining experience.

Our server, Brianna, was a true delight. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a wonderful personality that made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot on, and she ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Now, let’s talk about the food! We started off with the pigs in a blanket, which were absolutely delightful—crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. For our main courses, we tried the chicken piccata and the filet, both of which were cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender and flavorful, while the filet was juicy and melt-in-your-mouth good. We also couldn’t resist the tuna poke, which was fresh and beautifully presented, bursting with flavor in every bite.

To complement our meal, we ordered a spicy margarita with a tajin rim that added a perfect kick, while my girlfriend enjoyed the refreshing strawberry lemonade drink, which was the ideal balance of sweet and tart. Both drinks elevated our dining experience to another level.

Overall, everything we tried was amazing, and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. If you’re looking for a place that offers delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic service, this is it! The best part is that they’re going to stay open and serving food till 2 AM!! Madelyn was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, but her recommendations were spot-on. She anticipated our needs, timed everything perfectly, and delivered each course with grace and enthusiasm.
