I was super excited to finally be able to go to a Brandy in person, I've been buying clothes from them for many years. I was beyond uncomfortable in this store due to how tiny the store is. It was extremely hard to navigate and workers/customers actively pushed me out of their way. Many of the workers had a very bad attitude/mean girl energy. It was beyond disgusting to be treated that way, especially since I spent over $200 in the store. The parking outside was minimum $30 for two hours, which isn't the store's fault but it was rather annoying. My boyfriend found $2 dollar parking per hour about five blocks south of the store, the green signs are cheaper. The ac didn't work as well, and it was extremely overstimulating. There were probably about 25 or so people cramped in this store, making it insanely difficult to find items. I was even bodyslammed by a worker, who didn't even say excuse me or apologize. Not to mention the amount of boxes in the way on the floor, unopened. I stayed in the store regardless for max 20 minutes since I drove over three hours to get there, and I wasn't going to let other people ruin my day. Anyways, I will not be returning here, and will find a different location to visit next time. These girls need a serious lesson in human decency/manners. I should have listened to the reviews but at least I got some cute clothes......
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI almost never write reviews, but this store earned itāin the worst way possible. This was hands down the most unprofessional, unwelcoming shopping experience Iāve ever had. Iām not from here, and after this, Iām glad. The staff? Completely useless. A group of girls stood in a giant circle gossiping, blocking an entire wall of clothes like it was their personal hangout spot. Not one of them even acknowledged me. In the fitting rooms, it was the exact sameāanother cluster of employees standing around, staring, and doing absolutely nothing to help. No greeting, no movement to let me pass, just pure rudeness.
When I went to check out, I stood there for five minutes with nobody at the register. A girl was folding clothes right next to it and still ignored me like I was invisible.
Iāve heard the horror stories about Brandy Melvilleās customer service, but now Iāve experienced it myselfāand it was worse than I imagined. I felt completely unwelcome, like I was interrupting their little social hour by daring to shop.
I will never step foot in this location again. Get off your phones, stop gossiping, and actually do your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I walked into the store, first thing I noticed was how disorganized the store was. Boxes and ladders in the way on top of the fact that itās super cramped in there. The fitting rooms were leaking from the ceiling with a huge trash can in the walk way to catch the water. When I was ready for check out the girl at the register took care of my friend. When she was done, the girl walked away and immediately went on her phone. I put my clothes down and the other employees, not even a foot away from me laughing and talking to each other knowing that Iām standing there, waiting to be checked out. Another employee basically shoulder checked my friend who had a dog in her bag. These girls need to learn social awareness and be respectful to others. Also whoever is in charge of hiring needs to realize who theyāre hiring. Theyāre entitled brats to be...
