Now I understand why you have such poor reviews This was my first experience with my 14 month old grandson first time I take him out for ice cream long line didn’t care I got his I cream I went outside very dirty empty tables no chairs so I go inside sat down with him and he’s happily eating his ice cream when the cashier says to me you can’t eat inside, I replied you have no chairs outside she said I don’t care you can’t be inside I said ok rude I can’t hold him the whole time he’s eating she replied can’t eat inside I said I’ll take my money back and go where I can sit she replied no you ate your ice cream I said clearly the cream hasn’t been touched because we have no where to sit so she shrugged her shoulders and sad oh well !!!!! Great customer service if Carvel can not accomandate they’re clients with enough sitting they should only sell to go.... oh well Next time I will go on the Ave. Plenty of sitting there... thank you so much for the memories of first time ice cream...

I had a pretty bad experience with the workers here. I wish they hired better people. My son wanted to get ice cream and pretty much I was already annoyed because his brother already got him ice cream the other day and he was being spoiled already. So I caved in eventually because he won't stop bugging me and I come in this place and the lady was very rude and it really ruined my day. I looked at my son and he was also visibily upset at the whole ordeal so I just decided to head out the place and will never come here again. There was a guy outside who approached me and told me that he had a similar experience about the place and we just had a good chat. My son was in the car this whole time. Overall, I think people should stay away from this place until the workers fix their attitude. Until then, I won't be stepping foot into this...
