Metro Traffic School — Local services in Delray Beach

Had to get an evaluation done at the Delray Beach location. My evaluator Larry had made my evaluation experience horrific ! Larry began asking me the first question that I clearly didn’t understand. When I told him I didn’t understand the question he Insisted that I was not listening to the question. I even stated that I have a learning disability he simply said I was making excuses. Mind you he repeated the same question about 4 times and still didn’t try to help me comprehend even after I told him i still didn’t understand the question. After this question he made me feel belittled and very uncomfortable and nervous . He asked me other questions that I answered that he simply replied that I was lying and I had to answer the question the way he wanted. For example Larry asked me if I had every smoked tabbaco, I answered truthhfully and told him yes once when I was a teenager. Then he came back to the question and asked how many packs I smoked and I answered him I never smoked a pack of Tabbaco he insisted I was lying and I had to answer the question one pack, two packs or three. I told Larry , as I was getting very frustrated at this point “I never smoked a pack of Tabbaco” and he replied that I had to answer one of the three. This evaluation went like this the whole hour I was being evaluated by Larry. The fact that a person with this authority evaluating people this way very disturbing. After my evaluation was done I had called head quarters to let them know about this evaluator and I spoke to Jean Scott and he also agreed that the way the evaultor handled this evaluation was completely wrong and out of hand and unprofessional. He then wanted me to get a legal form so they could look more into this issue. I had gotten a DUI that I accepted the consequences and truthfully don’t have the time out of my day to deal with this, but I know for a fact this isn’t the first time they had this issue with Larry the evaluator at the Delray location. I just want people to be aware of this gentleman before they go to him. The session is recorded so there is proof of this incident or any other incident. My instructor was called John, firstly he was incredibly nice and patient throughout my lessons which was very reassuring. But more importantly he is an Incredible driving instructor, he doesn't push you to do anything until you're ready, and he is very careful to teach you perfectly how to approach stop signs/making sure you signal etc. and he makes sure you learn all the basics before going on main roads. This method works very well and you become very comfortable behind the wheel, after my fourth lesson or so driving was like second nature to me. He taught me absolutely everything I needed for the driving test; three point turns, reversing, parking, turns etc., very thoroughly, until I knew how to do it like the back of my hand, but also things I didn't need (for test) but would need in real life like how to switch lanes and go on the highway, the lady doing my test said she was very impressed with how well I drove. Fraudulent business. Currently being audited by the state for their practices. Practically extorted me for fees and an additional class that the DMV said was not necessary. If you find yourself in some trouble and need to go to a traffic school, I’m warning you in advance. DO NOT USE METRO. They will lie to your face, they make the process deliberately confusing, and most importantly do not follow the guidelines set forth by the state. I have sympathy for everyone that needs to take these kind of classes, so DO NOT USE METRO. Terrible...
