I’ve held off on writing a review as I know some of the employees and there’s nothing at all wrong with the food. The thing that I dislike about this location is their service. Multiple times before COVID, when this location opened, I went inside instead of through the drive-thru because it seemed quicker. Instead of having someone bag the food, and someone else bring it to the respective window or people waiting inside, they put it on a counter and let the fresh food sit there until someone came back around to review the order and to bring it to the customer. they only had one person doing this and when your restaurant is busy, it can take a long time to get food to customers. Besides that, haven’t had issues with this since COVID and it moved to Drive-Thru only. Sometimes I’d order something and have them repeat my order to make sure it is correct, only to find the wrong size or order when you go to pick it up further in the drive-thru. Whatever, mistakes happen. Today, actually, had a pretty bad experience with the Curbside pick up- instead of bagging the food, and bringing out single orders when ready, it seems they let orders sit inside until there’s multiple ready to avoid multiple trips outside. the entrance door was also locked, so when they were trying to bring our order out we had to wait longer than usual. The funniest thing is that the drive thru today was barely full at all, like 3 cars max, when we arrived, and there was someone who’s order was brought out with mine who was waiting there 5+ minutes before us. Curbside pickup is supposed to be faster than the drive thru, or so I thought. When order was finally brought out, and gave feedback to the employee who brought it out, she said “food cannot be brought out unless it’s bagged.” well, duh. But it would make a lot more customers happy if you brought it out within 1-2 minutes when you get the notification your order is ready,...
Read moreI order just about every Friday morning since this location opened and my husband picks the order up. It's usually a simple order a biscuit meal for me and a hash brown and ice coffee for him. Because he is handicapped he picks it up curbside. The order is placed when he arrives and he has waited as long as 20 minutes. This location can't get the order right. Last week there were no hash brown for him and they tried to give him two coffees and no ice tea for me. The ice coffee is half the original size and they will add creamer and or sweetener to a black coffee. They have left out my biscuit, left out a hash brown or just only half filled the hash brown boxes. Because my husband is handicapped he has problems going through the bag to see if the order is correct. Last week he came in and waited about 10 minutes for the order and they got my drink wrong and left out his hash brown. He would have checked the order before leaving however it took so long and was late picking me up from dialysis that started at 5AM. We don't want anything free we simply want a correct order. It would also be nice if he could get a large ice coffee, medium ice tea comes in a much larger cup and we'd be glad to pay extra seeing with his diabetes he only eats the hash brown....

Eric also came out and defended her without knowing exactly what happened today. She was try to belittle me and over talking me trying to make me get things that I did not order. and once I told her that I was done. She kept going. I work at Altantic hospital. We cater from there all the time and order food daily. She's going to try to ban me because I bark back at her for being rude antagonizing. No other staff ask me all week to go on the IG page and pull up the free item before purchasing. I said chicken biscuit, because I didn't say spicy, she refused to put my order through with the chicken biscuits until I go see on IG it's the spicy one. She made me late for work, and was antagonizing me saying. Do you wanna be bandit do you wanna get banned? Do you wanna get banned then banded me from the store because I yelled, & told her that I'm gonna be late for work. she act like she didn't want to give me my food at the end, & was holding it in her hand, very much lack customer service.
