Such a disappointing experience with this Chik Fil A. The woman who brought the food over to our table was rude and had such an attitude. When she brought over our drinks we politely pointed out that she brought us a medium drink instead of the large which we had ordered. Without saying a word, she slammed the straws down onto our table, rolled her eyes and just walked away. We were honestly a bit in shock, even my kids were asking me why she was acting like that. It was a completely unprovoked, and unexpected reaction, especially coming from a Chik Fil A employee. Up until now, we've only ever had great experiences at all the Chik Fil A's we've visited. But there is obviously a major flaw in the way management is handling their employees and their customers. This became even more apparent when my husband spoke to the shift manager on duty about what had happened and while he did apologize, he really just brushed it off as not a big deal. He attitude towards us as customers and our experience was very non-chalant and a bit dismissive. To top it all off, I sent in a complaint to corporate and was promised I would receive a communication from management within 2-3 business days. It's now been over a week and still no word from anyone at either corporate or the franchise location. Again, just really disappointed with this whole interaction and experience and I sincerely hope this is not an indication that Chik Fil A is joining the many other fast food restaurants who offer subpar service. It is tough to check the breakfast sandwiches by unwrapping each one and making sure they add what the drive thru repeated and confirmed. Maybe because I was rushed through with only one car in line. Order number 1175 at 7:08am today Wednesday 01/24/24 at Delray Beach Federal Highway. Paid for add on’s without the Add on’s. A similar situation at the Boynton Beach restaurant on Boynton Beach Blvd just West of Congress with a larger order and they forget 2 of the kids food orders, only for me to drive back the 10 minutes for an unfriendly lady in charge working the food runner line to say sorry we can’t do anything after giving specific order, time, and card info ( kids that were hungry and excited for Chik-Fil-A. Which at that point would have been a back and forth back and fort trip 40 to 50 minutes later with hangry kids, anyone knows that wouldn’t work
I don’t know if it’s just me and having bad luck. But gets very frustrating after awhile (yes I should know better by now) especially when I’m the pickup guy for the family and it’s expected by now.

Read moreI had pulled in to the Burger King next-door as I normally do. But the line was long and I was late so I turned around and went to the Chick-Fil-A. Ordered my large coke and not having not eaten here before I decided to try a small inexpensive breakfast sandwich.
I am blown away. This bacon, cheese and egg biscuit was so darn tasty. The biscuit was warm, crumbly and tasty. The cheese melted and was coming out the sides. Delicious and left me wanting another one.
The two ladies at the window were so friendly too. Hi, how are you. Hows your day. can I get you any sauce? Then the next lady was doing something else but we made eye contact so she started saying hi.
Not is the robotic sense. They seemed honest and genuine.
So I say good job Chic-Fil-A. Whether you are hiring the right employees, rewarding them to be friendly or they are high on happy pills, keep doing it. People overlook the importance and I hope you know that overtime I swing by there on my way to work it is because these to ladies make my day better.
