Although I don’t know the first thing about bubble tea my teen daughter said it was “delicious“. My review is based on the quality of the service rather than the tea itself. What stood out to me the most were the two young adults who helped us with our order. We had two small children with us who each wanted their own tea, but it was one of those situations where you know neither of them would actually finish a whole one. The teas are prepared in plastic cups which are then sealed with a plastic or foil top that you perforate with a straw. I asked for a separate cup, so that I could divide up one tea among the two little ones and the young man behind the counter offered to divide it for us and seal up the tops so that each one looked like it’s own little tea rather than something they were splitting. Each child got their own little cup with a sealed top and straw to poke through the top rather than one drinking out of an official cup, and the other one drinking out of a plain plastic cup. It’s those little things that make for a good customer service. And, I’ll note that both of the little kids seemed to really enjoy their tea as well, so good service,...
Read moreIf you’re looking for the perfect bubble tea experience, look no further! I had the pleasure of visiting this shop, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations. Josiah provided outstanding customer service—attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure I had the best experience.
Now, let’s talk about the tea. The quality here is unmatched! In so many other places, you’re left wondering if you’re actually drinking tea or just flavored water. But here? It’s the real deal—authentic, rich, and flavorful. You can taste the difference with every sip.
The environment is just the cherry on top. It’s welcoming, clean, and has a great vibe that makes you want to stay and sip all day.
Highly recommend! This is officially my go-to spot...
Read moreOrdered the Blue crystal coconut milk, the peach tea, and 2 scoops of ice cream. The blue crystal coconut drink had NO coconut taste & zero sugar. The girl making the drink was looking for something in the fridge but didn’t seem to find it. I didn’t think anything of it but they might have ran out of coconut milk & she decided to substitute it with half/half or creamer… I don’t know how else to describe the drink but it was HORRIBLE. She was in a really bad mood and I didn’t want to go back and ask her if she could remake my drink. I had to trash it out which was so disappointing since I was really excited for it. The peach tea was good but the ice cream had a refrigerator taste and the cup they put it in gets...
