Burnies Smoke Shop — Local services in Delray Beach

Me and my girlfriend placed an order for online pick up for 7 tabs, because that’s all they had on website. When we showed up I noticed they had a lot of different kratom products that weren’t listed. The selection was actually really good in store. I was actually really excited to see they have a product called eat perks. Which I’ve been trying to find in store but couldn’t in my area until today. And I buy ALOT of kratom. So I mentioned to the lady that I didn’t see that product online and I asked her if I could switch it to the eat perks. She very rudely said no no we’re not gonna play around. I already did inventory Why would you even place a pick up order if you were just gonna come into the store? I told her that the other product wasn’t on her website. And we placed a pick up order because my gf lost her physical card. At which point the lady told me she will not speak to me because I’m rude, even when we were checking out and I was asking about just adding it on, she continued to ignore me. I will never go back to this shop. I’ll take the $700 a week I spend on 7oh products else where. Honestly I never leave reviews. But this was the single worst customer service I’ve ever...

The women with all the tattoos who works at night (Kayla, I think) is a HORRIBLE employee.

I come in almost every single day and I've spent over $1,000 since Burnies has opened in Delray... and all the employees are awesome... EXCEPT her.

I've delt with her about four times and she is one of the most passive aggressive (angry) people I've ever met, in the few interactions we've shared.

I can tell she gets off on it.

From now on, I will be taking my business to: "Smoke N Glass Smoke Shop" by the beach UNTIL management finally fires her.

Employees have told me that she's has a reputation for being rude to customers... so, its not like this is just a problem I've experienced.

I've been told she's been reprimanded a few times but, in my opinion, that's not enough. She need to be let go and hopefully she has a wake up call in her life and gets it together.

I highly recommend no one should go shopping at Burnies at night, unless you wanna deal with this horrible human...
