I opted to finance a portion of my purchase because there was a “zero interest” offer available for a year. Sounds pretty good, right? No, at the end of one year an almost 40% deferred interest charge (from the original borrower amount totaling $3,800) was added on to my balance. This was never explained to me properly as I clearly would have paid down the balance to avoid this very excessive interest charge. In fact there is a Florida statute that prohibits this excessive interest: 687.02 “Usurious contracts” defined.— (1) All contracts for the payment of interest upon any loan, advance of money, line of credit, or forbearance to enforce the collection of any debt, or upon any obligation whatever, at a higher rate of interest than the equivalent of 18 percent per annum simple interest are hereby declared usurious.

Yesterday I tried to do my Christmas shopping for my family an my budget was $7,000 dollars, i was thinking in some jewelry for my wife and a watch for my son but this store was open inside for some people but the doors were locked for some people like my self, I guess they just judge people by the look or color of your skin cause the hispanic guy behind the door told me they were closed but i call an i ask if they were open an someone told me yesss WE ARE OPEN!!!! Obviously not for me !!! Well your lost cause I just decided to don’t waste my time an money were customer service doesn’t exist an they discriminate or judge people by the look or color of skin , terrible place , NOT RECOMMENDED TO NOBODY AND PEOPLE IM NOT MAKING THINGS UP, checked your self their doors are closed for hispanic, asians, or black. I don’t take any joy out of leaving a subpar review. I brought my watch there to have the battery replaced. When I got there it said to call for appointment. I could see a couple people in there so I called as I was standing at the front door. I explained what I needed. They said Nope, sorry.
