They never have enough items to make the bowls or smoothies. If you place an order online, they wait till you get there to tell you they don’t have what you ordered. So now you have to wait in line to be served when the whole point of online ordering is to skip the ordering line. The app should update what they have or don’t have before you order. And it’s things like peanut butter or yogurt which to me are standard items that should always be in stock. And this happens very frequently at this location. Sometimes if they don’t have an item for the smoothie like whey protein, they just don’t add it but don’t tell you it’s not added so you paid for something that is not added. Sometimes if you say no turbinado sugar, they add it,by accident I guess, but don’t tell you, so now you’re eating sugar when you’re on a sugar free diet. As far as the items not being in stock, I don’t blame the workers because they’re not to blame, it’s management that needs to do better with stocking. You don’t wait until you’re low or out of stock to place the order for supplies because if a truck misses a load, you should have backup on hand. Read moreI usually order from this location, but as of today, I will no longer order anything else if it is by delivery. I ordered as I usually do with coworkers and the order that was placed directly through the tropical smoothie app was delivered by third-party service. The driver left our food outside because they did not want to come in our building. I contacted tropical smoothie to let them know. We did not receive our food and that the driver left it outside. I have been getting a runaround about receiving a refund on the order because after it sat outside for about 30 minutes. I did not want the food and my coworkers did not want the food either. I have filed a complaint directly to the tropical smoothie app I have went into the store and I have also contacted the representative. I was going to take legal action to get a refund since they refuse, but at this point, it’s not even worth it. Read moreFeb. 2024 we ordered two bowls. Chia oatmeal was decent amount oat and chia. The Açaí bowl, I was not able to mix anything together due to the fact it had no açaí. I called the establishment only to be told “ well we are running low” I replied to her “ it’s something you’ve could have told us as you did with the other bowls “that you ran out of mixture. She patched to the person who actually made my bowl and her reply was that “that’s the way I make those bowls just because you ordered elsewhere doesn’t mean I make it the same”.. well ok .. that will be the last time I go and spend my money at that location. Hence the reason I’m writing this review.. and gave one star which I would give zero star for giving a customer...
