The food was amazing!
For appetizers we ordered fried calamari, curry puffs, an avocado hand roll, eel hand roll and miso soup. For dinner we had seafood fried rice and red Thai curry with duck. I wish I would’ve taken photos, but I devoured the food as soon as it came out. Lol! My fiancé also ordered a Japanese alcoholic drink but I don’t remember which one. I do know that it was the first one of the pictures on the drink menu. He got the pink one. He said it had sort of a milky taste.
I think it’s always important to speak about the food first when reviewing any place that services food. However, we can’t forget to mention the service!
We arrived to the restaurant at about 8:45PM on a Thursday. We were the only customers there. At first we were a little nervous because it was so close to closing time. However, the staff was so welcoming! They were friendly, outgoing and went above and beyond for us. I think we were serviced by almost every staff member that day. It was pretty awesome. Our original server got to know us and we told her that my birthday was the day before, I got engaged on my birthday and found out that we’re expecting all within the same day! Lol! She told everyone in the restaurant. Lol! They surprised me with a birthday dessert and song! It was awesome!
I would not only recommend this restaurant for the delicious food, but also for the...
Read moreMy favorite town in Florida is Delray Beach because of its picturesqueness, where old architecture and decor meet new trends, especially as you get closer to the A1A. I definitely can see myself living there long after I retire. Anyway, on my many trips to West Palm Beach throughout the year, I found Ziree Thai by accident. Always looking for good cuisine, I spotted Ziree from the corner of my eye while on my way to the beach at Delray. Stopped in for lunch and I was not disappointed. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, the red curry with chicken, basil shrimp, and the basil fried rice, all medium spicy and I have to state that the medium spicy is very spicy, so watch out. All the dishes were phenomenal, from their appetizer to their main course to their dessert. I finished everything off with the fried banana with ice cream. The decor is very Thai, with golden statues of Buddha. The staff was so attentive the first time I took my son there for his 17th birthday and he enjoyed himself, and you know how teenagers can be. The staff sang happy birthday in Thai and customers eating there came over to our table to wish him a happy birthday; anywhere but NYC. Now Ziree is a regular staple for me very time I am in Florida which is 4 times a year. Anyone in the area who loves Thai food...
Read moreDelicious Japanese Lunch Experience! 🍱
I recently had lunch at this Japanese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented everything was. I ordered a bento box that came with chicken stir-fry, rice, sushi rolls, and crispy gyoza. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, mixed with colorful vegetables like bell peppers and carrots that gave it a wonderful balance of flavor and texture.
The sushi rolls were light, fresh, and just the right size — paired nicely with wasabi and pickled ginger. The gyoza were golden and crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, and went perfectly with the soy dipping sauce. Even the rice was fluffy and perfectly steamed — a small detail that made the whole meal come together.
The presentation of the bento box was clean and traditional, with each compartment thoughtfully arranged. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere calm and welcoming — perfect for a quiet lunch or casual dinner.
Overall, this place delivers great quality, authentic Japanese flavors, and generous portions at a fair price. I will definitely return to try their other dishes. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys well-prepared...
