We went here today, Saturday at 7pm. There were maybe 4 other families in here. I’d call it dead. The employees were talking to one another, but everything looked clean for the most part. This location has strictly all arcade games. For $22 we were issued 72 play credits. Most of the games were only a credit a piece. Great value unlike most arcades. My kids are ages 1 and 3. They enjoyed themselves even though there wasn’t much for them. They have 4 ride on rides for infants and toddlers. Maybe 6-7 games that toddlers can do. The other games for older kids were fun. It was a good variety in there. Definitely a place for 5 years and up. They still have the mechanical band that you can watch as you eat. The prizes for tickets were less than impressive. Not very much for smaller kids who cannot accumulate many tickets. We did order a pizza to try. It wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t amazing. My 3 year old enjoyed it. My husband and I now have stomach aches and that’s the only common food we ate, that pizza. I wish there was a play structure or something else for the kids to do. Overall mostly good experience for our first time. We will be back, but not...

More pricey than I thought it'd be! Almost $60 for a small thing of buffalo wings, a pizza, 4 drinks and 48 tokens/credits.. A few of the "rides" did not work but the workers were good about recrediting our card and fixing the ride.. Food was okay - not great. And we couldn't hear the animatronic show. The mouths were moving but you couldn't hear the sound from any of the booths that weren't "reserved" for birthday parties..

Chuck E Cheese came out for a few minutes. But was very unenthusiastic - barely bobbing to the music and doing the dance so sub-par that the kids watching didn't really know what to do. I remember him being awesome when I was a kid - Doing the macarena, waving and high giving kids, taking photos with them, etc... This one acted like he smoked a few too many on his break.

& Speaking of... Every other parent there reeked like pot (sorry but that's sad - personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it with children in my care - let alone doing it and trying to keep track of kids in a very crowded public place)..

But overall, my kids enjoyed their time there very much and that is what matters most, despite...

Terrible experience, half of the games did not work but continued to take your points and the manger couldn’t care less to at least put a sign on them. We waited 30 minutes to receive our pizza after which we checked to see when we would receive it and were told it would take 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we went to check again due to our buzzer never going off and we were told another 20 minutes.

When asked why we are having to wait almost an hour for our order the employee insinuated that servicing the party they had was of more importance than servicing people not apart of the party. Which was never communicated when we ordered. We requested a refund for the pizza and eventually was able to get it.

As a person who has worked in customer service for 10+ years I completely understand being overwhelmed and busy but never is this type attitude and lack of communication acceptable. I am deeply disappointed in the management and employees.

I would have felt bad for them with how busy they were if they weren’t so rude and nonchalant about everything. Never again will I waste...

We decided to celebrate our daughter's 3rd birthday at Chuck E. Cheese this year. We didn't have enough children to do the birthday package (only had 4 kids but needed 5 🙄) so it was just unfortunate that we didn't get to experience Chuck E coming out to meet the birthday girl. It was definitely more expensive not being able to do the birthday package. Another complaint is that the "rides" do not give out points (virtual tickets). That is what most of the smaller children want to focus on so at the end of the visit they don't have many Points to spend to get prizes. Luckily a few of us adults were able to play some games and win some points for the children. The plus sides of this story is that it wasn't too crowded and all 4 of the children were able to have a lot of fun. I would say it's a better place to take older kids ages 6+ but if you do take younger ones just be clear with them that if they choose to only ride the rides there, they won't be able to pick prizes at the end.
