Food was good but the woman who took our order acted confused like she couldn't hear or couldn't understand what was said for the order whilst taken. Ordered a #1, two #2's, and a plain cheeseburger just meat and cheese for our Dog... we got 3 drinks and 2 meals and a plain burger 4 the dog at the hand out window. Found out the secondary #2 wasn't even on the receipt and we weren't charged. Was told we'd hafta pull around again because orders for drive thru cannot be adjusted at the window.... and there was no cheese on the dogs plain cheese burger.... Why were we charged for the cheese but did not get it? We pulled around and made an order for a #2 minus the drink because we already received a 3rd drink. Order taking woman acted like we spoke a foreign language so to move things faster we ended up having to order the #2 sandwich and fry instead of the # 2 meal because the woman couldn't and wouldn't understand a simple order and explanation..... so we ended up paying more money than what a combo meal would cost at the end because your staff isn't properly trained or is high as hell on marijuana... In any event? We will not recommend this west Saginaw location to anyone that we know. Also, we will be relocating our business to the South Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Location. Not only does the staff there get the orders accurate but the staff at MLK JR BLVD are super nice and KNOW what they...
Read moreSure! Here's a 205-word review of Rally's:
Rally’s, also known as Checkers in some regions, is a fast-food chain known for its bold flavors and retro drive-thru vibe. It stands out for its unique blend of classic American fast food with a streetwise twist. The menu offers a variety of burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and famously seasoned fries that many fans argue are among the best in the industry.
The Big Buford, their signature burger, is stacked high with beef patties, cheese, and toppings, offering a satisfying bite for those craving something hearty. Their spicy chicken sandwich and fully loaded fries are also standout items, combining intense flavor with indulgent portions. Rally’s shakes—especially the strawberry and banana varieties—are creamy, sweet, and a great way to finish off a meal.
Service is generally quick, though experiences can vary by location. Many Rally’s locations are drive-thru or walk-up only, with limited or no indoor seating, making it more of a grab-and-go option than a dine-in experience.
Pricing is affordable, especially with their frequent deals and combo offers, making Rally’s a solid choice for budget-conscious customers. While it may not be gourmet dining, Rally’s delivers exactly what it promises: bold, fast, and flavorful food for people on the move.

Read moreJust Awful.....Drove in and noticed the big signs advertising for $4 $5 & $6 Glo meal deal. (Small med large). So I ordered the medium through a automated non-human drive-thru speaker. When I got done ordering the $5 special as advertised all over signs, the speaker told me $6.03 total. Well I know that tax isn't over a dollar. So I arrived to the window and stated that wasn't correct, as I should have been $5.30 and had my cash ready... well the employee told me that there was tax, And then later argued that I ordered a medium, then argued that it was $5.69 (while I said the signs clearly said $5 for medium). More arguing from the employee acting like I don't know that there's tax on an item, And I don't know what the difference is between a medium and a small.... Well I can assure you I am certainly familiar with both. I also checked Rally's website afterwards and the other LOCAL STORES ARE $5 for a medium. Not $5.69!!! I could have paid the extra but I'm tired of the mispriced items, false advertising and rude employees. I said I didn't want it (over principle and didn't need to be a Rallys's customer that bad) and drove off and could hear the employee cussing at me. Exactly why I don't frequent fast food places like this very often....
