We have visited this place several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The first few times, the food and service were good. The past couple of times, the food takes far, too long to come out...it isn’t very flavorful and the temperature isn’t hot enough. Still, we continue to go; hoping it will get better. Yesterday, on Mother’s Day, it was the worst, by far. When we first arrived, the server told us the kitchen was backed up and to expect a long wait for our food. We decided to stay, thinking it couldn’t be that bad. We sat there for an hour and waited for our food. We noticed that the guys delivering the food weren’t sure where the plates were supposed to go and would often give the food to the wrong tables. During this time, the server kept our water and coffee full, so that was nice. She was very friendly and apologetic. Like always, each time new customers arrived, they waited at the door to be seated, because it’s unclear what is expected...after a few minutes, a server would tell them to sit anywhere they like today (a seat yourself sign at the door would be so much easier). Several times, I noticed them turning away customers at the door because of the kitchen being backed up. When we finally received our food, it was good. It seems that many restaurants are seeking people to work these days. I’m sure this has to do with people getting paid more by the government to stay home than work, which is a whole different issue...not Yeagers’ fault. However, I feel that many of these issues with the restaurant could be resolved with better management. I do think they’re trying, which is why we keep returning to...

We went to Yaeger's on a Saturday at about 7pm and were shocked to find it practically empty. We know why now. First, it has a cool vibe, and we like the decor. Everything seems clean. The staff was friendly.

We ordered boudin eggrolls as an appetizer, which were good, though the sauce selection for those seemed odd. Hubs had a gator burger with fries. The burger was dry and had very little on it. The fries were old, but to be fair, they did bring him some new fries. I had the hamburger steak, which I thought was good. The garlic mashed potatoes were fake, and the macaroni and cheese is just not what I expected.

Our server was nice. But that's not enough for us to want to go back. We hate leaving less than stellar reviews for local businesses, because we are all about #shoplocal, but this isn't a place that we would bring friends or out of town guests for sure. We saw that they have a full breakfast menu and usually have weekly lunch specials, so maybe it was just the time of day we...

Decor is nice. We stopped in for Sunday Brunch. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but service and food took quite a while. Food came out and didn't meet our expectations at all. The chicken and waffles had no seasoning on the chicken amd the waffles were burned (why complain when the server obviously thought that was was acceptable to serve? They sprinkled some powdered sugar to dress it up I suppose. My toddlers were with us and even they woyldnt eat the waffles because they were so hard!); Roast Beef Dip meat was crispy and again, burned; the Barbeque burger was ordered well done and you guessed it - arrived burned and crispy. The owner walked around to tables of apparently people he knew and refilled coffee while we were there. Had he stopped by our table, we would have been glad to discuss all that was wrong. Our meal totaled over $50 and we left half of each meal on our plates (which never happens).

Yeager's is a very casual but delicious breakfast/ brunch spot that boasts a very classic and some might say simple menu, but the quality and the portions are what make it so good. The sausage is local and regular sized, not the supermarket tiny sausage links. A MUST get is the croissant. You should totally get it!! It's light and fluffy and flavorful and it goes on the griddle w/ butter. Best I've had in a very long time. The staff are friendly welcoming and courteous. Food came in less than 10 min. This is on a semi busy Sunday morning at 8:30 am. Our family will make it our usual weekend brunch tradition.

Good food. It took about 40 minutes to get our food which is reasonable as the food was prepared to order hot and fresh. The Gator Burger was EXCELLENT! My wife’s Ball Park Burger was great but we felt the side of chili that came with it was quite soupy for our tastes. If I were to give Yeager’s some advice, please put a sign up saying to “Please Seat Yourself”. This was our first visit and stood just inside the door for about 3 minutes before a customer told us that we could sit where we wanted and that she did the same thing on her first trip there. Overall a great experience.
