I am giving a one star only because I have to... I took my Disabled mom and 2 children in to eat dinner we checked out at 9pm I still have my receipt.. The young girl that took my order was rude and had attitude as I was a inconvenience because I asked how much a 12 piece firey fries were it's not listed.. I went to get our drinks my Disabled mom that just had both hips replaced set at the closet table waiting for me the young girl come and snapping very rude told my mom she could not set there because she had already cleaned the table my mom very respectfully told her I was just setting waiting for the drinks I'll move I'm sorry so she got up and moved we went to the play area the only place that was left to set because the young girl had done cleaned... We got our food at 9:15pm and the young lady come to the play area at 9:20pm very rude and told me we will be closing in 10 minutes yall need to leave .. I told her um ok you could have told me that when I ordered the food... I nore my kids can eat and enjoy a meal in 15 minutes nore should I have to... We was giving a brown bag I packed up our food. I did leave the cups on the table because I don't allow sodas in my car.. The young lady went and picked them up and then shot me the middle finger in front of both my kids and my Disabled mom.. Very disrespectful scared my kids and on top of that food was soggy and cold.. And I ordered 4 orders of chicken nuggets and one 12 count of the firey chicken and I asked for 1 zesty sauce and was told I was going to be charged 81 cents for 1 sauce .. I would not recommend this bruger king it has gone way down and there horrible.. the most disgusting disrespectful young kids working there... The Bruger king sign on the door says they close at 11pm.. The Bruger king web suit showes they close at 12am.. Why are they closing at 9:30pm... And the doors were locked and the drive thru was closed as soon as I walked in the door at around 8:50pm.. I'm know I'm far from the smartest but the math is not matching on the time!! 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD NOT...
Read moreWent in today, ordered 2 bacon King Jr's, nuggets 2 frys and a chicken sandwich. Got home with 3 chicken Jr sandwiches, 2 frys and nuggets.
Went back and found the dining room locked, had to go drive through, person on the speaker could not understand what I said, said I would have to come to the window.
Finally got to the window, no manager available, window cashier finally found the order and magically it had chicken Jr sandwiches instead of bacon King Jr's.
1st problem, people taking orders should repeat them back
2nd receipt should be given with every order, I received no receipt in hand or in the bag.
3rd when a customer comes all the way back to you store, try to actually help them.
4th take ownership of the problem, fix it.
I understand that mistakes happen, nobody is perfect but at least try.
The solution offered was me returning the incorrect food items and them then giving me the correct items. My wife was hungry and ate one of the chicken sandwiches she did not feel like waiting on me to get back.
The people at this Burger King seemed to think or gave me the impression they thought I was scamming them.
I left the incorrect sandwich with them and refused to take it, even though I paid for it. Some scam huh? Bet that one really pays off. I went to Watsons and bought a bacon burger apple pie and onion rings.
I will not ever return to this Burger King for any reason, I suggest anyone reading this thats considered going there to be careful to get...
Read moreI am not quite sure what is going on with this Burger King location, but I have tried stopping here several times over the last couple years as I have traveled through Denison. Every time I have tried to order in the drive-thru, it has been so difficult to place a simple order for breakfast. The place is always empty, the staff barely speaks english and they don't seem to understand any questions regarding their menu. I thought I would give it another try a couple days ago and I asked if they had any fresh coffee at approx. 9:30am. The lady just said "No". I expressed to her that I was a little confused as to why they would not have coffee during breakfast hours. I asked if they could maybe make some fresh coffee and she said it would take about an hour. I have never heard of a fast-food restaurant (or anywhere else) that takes an hour to make coffee. Once again, this made absolutely no sense! I decided to leave and just go across the street to McDonald's where they had fresh coffee ready even though the drive-thru line was full of cars. I realized the staff of this location of Burger King is either lazy and doesn't want to take orders from customers or they are possibly disgruntled and angry at the owner and they are not taking orders from customers to spite him or her.
