Starbucks — Restaurant in Denison

This is the only starbucks I use in town and it seems pretty hit or miss when it comes to online orders. I always order online and pick up at the store and probably 25% of the time my order is messed up so bad that it makes no sense how I ended up being given what I did. For example I order a Vt "Butterbeer" Frappuccino which is supposed to have 3 pumps of caramel and 3 pumps of Toffeenut...so other than those 2 flavors it shouldnt have much else. Yet here I am with some type of Strawberry drink in size grande? I Wouldnt be so upset if the recipe wasnt tapped to the cup. Good way to tell me you arent paying attention without telling me you arent paying attention. I would have just gotten a replacement under normal circumstances but when I am coming on my lunch break I dont have time to wait around...AFTER placing an online order to yah know...get the stuff faster. Just all in all very disappointing. The workers should really read the tags they're slapping...

This was my VERY FIRST Time here. This place was very clean, the atmosphere was chill the vibes were good and comfortable, the service was slow but it seemed as if they might have been short handed and just really busy in the drive thru area. The food my friend had was AMAZING (she gave me a bite), the Cold Brew Carmel Frappe with extra Carmel was just SO AMAZING!! So overall, my first impression of this establishment, service, atmosphere, people, and everything else is I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO IF YOU'RE A COFFEE LOVER AND YOU WANT THE BEST CUP OF COFFEE YOU'LL EVER HAVE IN YOU'RE LIFE SERVED BY SWEET AWESOME PEOPLE WHERE YOU CSN JUST HANG OUT AND DRINK IT IN A SAFE QUIET ENVIRONMENT USING WIFI OR JUST HANGING OUTSIDE SMOKING A VAPE READING A BOOK SIPPING ON YOUR COFFEE. SKY'S THE LIMIT......

called to see if my family memeber(working there) was able to leave for a little bit since my dad was in the hospital and i am out of the country.and was told that “i should have thought about that before leaving the country.” like i was supposed to know my father was going to be getting taken to the hospital. My mother died not even 4 months ago and when said manager was told this just responded “ i guess my family is just different” this is the most disgusting and disrespectful starbucks i have EVER been too. and i definitely will be taking this to corporate… oh and btw if you go in the afternoon they will and extra ice to not make a full drink, staff will also make fun of clients clothes and appearences as if they are dessed /...
