I’d give you 0 stars if I could. We visited McDonald’s around 1–2 AM because it was the only place open. We don’t even eat McDonald’s, but this experience was beyond ridiculous. The Hispanic woman working the drive-through that night was extremely incompetent. We ordered two Quarter Pounders and two medium fries for $12 and some change. For some reason, she claimed our card declined, even though we had more than enough money on it. We left and came back shortly after to place the exact same order. This time, she tried to upcharge us—suddenly, the total was $14 and some change. She even attempted to show us “proof” on her phone, which was unprofessional and rude. We weren’t born yesterday; we had just placed the same order minutes earlier. To test her accuracy, we handed her a bunch of quarters to see if she could count. Next thing we know, she hands us our food without even providing a receipt—likely because she knew she was in the wrong. As she gave us the order, she told us to “be happy,” as if she were doing us a favor. On top of that the food itself was disgusting, and inedible which is typical for McDonald’s, and we both ended up with stomach aches later. Needless to say, we will not be returning, and we will be contacting corporate about this...
Read moreHonestly if I could give it lower I would. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in 6 years for a number of reasons, since it's been so long I decided to give it another shot. And now I'm going to continue to not eat at McDonald's because I've looked up their hours online and couldn't find lobby hours so I called them and asked and they told me that they closed the lobby at 11:00 p.m.
It's 10:17 p.m. right now and I just pulled up to the lobby went to open the doors and it's locked, their door says that they are closed at 10:00 p.m. on top of them constantly getting my orders wrong in the past, gaslighting me about coupons that I've handed in, and even outright rejecting service to me because they saw my sister give me money in the parking lot, now they're lying to me about their hours.
In all of my 32 years of life I have never had a chain of restaurants treat me like crap this bad. The food is expensive for how bad it is, their value menu which claims one two and three dollar menu lies because there's nothing under $2 on it., and the employees are rude. I will never eat at this place again and I will continue attempt to prevent anyone I know from ever coming to this place again.

Read moreI was told at the window that I could only use cash and that my mobile order was not valid and it would be 30 minutes to an hour before I could proceed with mobile order. I pull around and wait in line for 15-20 min. When I get to window the manager says she was unaware that I had cash however I would have to go to the back of the line and order through the drive through. When I asked for contact information to report to a manager she stated she was a manager and that she didnt have to provide me with any contact info. She continued to argue for 5 minutes or better. When I asked again for a managers number that had a little common sense with customer service she says are you saying I dont have any common sense. I replied yes and she says well your business isnt welcome here and slams the window. Very unprofessional. I sat at the window for another 5 minutes waiting to be served and the employees just walked by without offering any further service. This McDonalds is one of the only ones Ive been to that can only accept cash more often than they can accept anything else. Im aware the labor pool is slim pickings, however this manager shouldnt even be employed much...
