Terrible service if I could give it no stars I would. Place was nasty especially around sandwich station. 2 girls working that weren’t J1 students taking orders no one else knew what they were doing properly. After waiting 20 minutes and receiving 1 of my drinks I asked if my other drink was coming up. I was ignored 3 times until I asked a year round employee who told me it was made. It was sitting in between 10 orders that had been sitting there since 8-9 am. I entered the store at 12pm. When I finally received my dunka latte it tasted like chemicals I couldn’t even drink it. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels with no E G G and two orders of hashbrowns. I got home to find she only put one in the bag, irritating but we move on. It wasn’t until I got back home from getting the second sandwich I paid for that I found not only did she manage to not make one forcing me to come back, but she didn’t put cheese on the one she made when it says EGG and not cheese. If I could give service a negative 1 which is low than zero I would these j1s are rude n they have zero customer service n they don’t know how to prepare a simple order and when you tell em your order is messed up they are rude about it as if they don’t want to hear it,,,, one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve came to.
