I want to give zero stars for this experience. I also want to point out that there were only 3 people that made this experience bad. I only interacted with 3 of them. When we arrived, the cashier was not very personable and seemed bothered by us ordering there. We surpassed that to encounter the semi warm food. I ordered an enchilada plate and the chicken was fresh but the meal seemed like a tv dinner. Lastly, I left my phone in the restroom. They watched me go back and forth from the restroom, my husband calling my phone and getting no answer only to pop up with my phone when we heard the faint sound of my location alert sound. It was then that one of the employees came up to me saying that Iād left it my phone in the bathroom and it was on the counter the whole time. My issue with this is there was only one other family in there and not to mention my daughterās face was on the front of the phone. I just said thank you and took the phone. They could have moved on. In the midst of all of this, my husband order a dessert and they purposely let it sit on the counter for over 20 minutes before my husband finally got up to ask where it was. I saw that container being placed there and let my husband know it was his, but he was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The male manager with the dreadlocks looked back at me smirking so I figured something was amidst. Why they would behave so petty is beyond me. This time I ordered over $50 worth of food for delivery and paid extra for all white meat, also requested "bbq sauce and hot sauce please". Order arrived without salad dressing, no rolls, no bbq or hot sauce and I did not receive the all white meat I had paid for. I called the store and the first girl who answered was very sweet and handed me off to the "manager". This guy asked his cook about my order and then tells me "The cooks says he presented it with all white meat" (but I'm at home staring at drums and thighs in my containers) I tell him this and also inform him that I did not receive salad dressing, rolls or any of the condiments I requested. The manager says "I'll send it out to you" and then hangs up on me while I'm in the middle of saying "Thank you so much". No apology and I got hung up on. The rest of my order eventually arrived and the delivery man was also very courteous and apologized for the mistake. Two stars because most of the staff was great and the situation was taken care of, but I don't believe a "manager" of any establishment has ever been quite as rude to me! Hope no one else gets...

The girl who took my order told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrive at 12:40 and my order isn't ready. At 12:55, I ask if it will be much longer since it was supposed to be ready at 25 minutes ago. The manager, with an attitude points to all of the people in the restaurant and tells me how busy they are. As If they were not prepared or staffed for a Sunday afternoon.... t So I sat back down. 10 minutes later my order is ready. No apology for the lateness or any compassion for the fact I have hungry kids at home waiting on food. I leave and decide to check my order in the car. Everything was correct. However, I tasted the creamed spinach and it was ICE COLD! NO exaggeration. I immediately go back in and ask for a refund. He has me wait for another 7 minutes while he goes in the back and come back. He gives me my money. Again, no apology, no attempt of making it "right", and no offer for compensation. Total waste of my time and gas!
