I ordered the cheeseburger meal with onion rings and a soda. I got all the veggies on my burger as well. I'm glad I didn't make it a double, because this burger was huge. The onion rings were some of the best I've had in years. My kids had a slice of cheesecake, which they loved. We were having an amazing meal until a man in a green baseball cap walked in with a kid, and the kid wasn't wearing shoes at all. The man went behind the counter and did something so I assume he's an employee, manager or owner. The kid went into the restroom and walked around the whole restaurant barefoot. It was disgusting. I know some people don't mind that type of thing, but I wasn't the only customer that looked wide eyed. Lost my appetite after that. It's a bummer, because I liked the food, but if a manager or owner allows this, what other disgusting things are they allowing, cleanliness, health standards etc? I gave service a 3 because no employees enforced a simple health standard like not to be barefoot in a restaurant. The atmosphere a 3 because the echo was very loud, the straws were out, had to go under the counter and get another myself and the first table we went to was sticky. I gave the food a 4 as well. The burger was good but became soggy and greasy quickly and fell apart. Otherwise, it tasted really good. Nations, for God's sake enforce some basic health standards here. No shoes, no shirt, no service. Most likely won't...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger Haven, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a satisfying meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was enjoyable. Especially a girl name Azelie she made me feel welcoming to the restaurant
Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the burgers. The menu offers a diverse range of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. I opted for the classic cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor in every bite. The fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and perfectly melted cheese complemented the patty beautifully. The bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without getting soggy.
The side dishes were equally impressive. The fries were golden and crispy, seasoned just right, and the onion rings were a delightful treat with their crunchy exterior and tender inside. To top it all off, their shakes were simply divine – creamy, rich, and the perfect way to end the meal.
Overall, Burger Haven exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place that serves top-notch burgers with a side of excellent service, this is the spot for you. I can't wait to return and try more of their...
Read moreRock-concert loud, super slow food, management didn’t care. Our first time trying this place out, and taking some friends out to thank them. The owner was having his kids birthday party on a Friday night during dinner time. The noise level hit 85-90dB for the entire time we were there, conversation was impossible. Birthday party kids were unsupervised, filling ketchup cups with soda, beating the balloons, wandering, screaming. We went outside to escape and there were kids playing and yelling in the dark parking lot, we had to go inside to tell the parents to watch their kids. The burgers came out about 15mins later, then the party was served, then our breakfast food came about 35mins later. Two small kids sliders took a little over 45mins and 3 adults yelling to get. On our way out the owner apologized, offered pie. Would have been better to cover the $100 bill. Ended the night feeling bad for the friends we brought. Everyone went home with headaches. Restaurant should have been closed to the public for an event like that. I would try again with a different customer-minded owner, otherwise I...
