I recently had the pleasure of eating at Pizza Capri's, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant not only impressed me with its inviting ambiance but also left a lasting impression with its delectable menu offerings. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat. Let's start with the canelloni, which were an absolute delight. The rich and flavorful filling, perfectly complemented by a luscious sauce, made every bite a true pleasure. The canelloni were cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of tenderness and texture. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into crafting this dish. Now, let's talk about the bread. Oh, the bread! It was simply out of this world. Freshly baked and served warm, each bite was a heavenly experience. The crust was perfectly crispy, while the inside was soft and pillowy. It's safe to say that Pizza Capri's takes great pride in their bread, and rightfully so. Of course, I couldn't visit a place called Pizza Capri's without trying their pizza, and it certainly did not disappoint. The pizza was everything one could hope for: a thin, crispy crust topped with a generous amount of fresh ingredients. Whether it was the classic Margherita or a specialty pizza, each slice was bursting with flavor. The balance of toppings and cheese was impeccable, resulting in a truly memorable pizza experience. To accompany my meal, I opted for the Caesar salad, and I must say, it was extraordinary. The crisp romaine lettuce, tossed in a tangy and well-balanced dressing, was accompanied by perfectly toasted croutons and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. The combination was simply divine, making it one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. Finally, the customer service is impeccable. Genti and Asim came to greet us and took great care of us, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere If you're in search of a place that serves exceptional Italian cuisine with a focus on quality and flavor, look no further than...
Read morePizza Capri's is a hidden Denton gem that serves probably the best pizza I've had in town. The dishes themselves and their ingredients, such as their marinara, are delivered both with quality and casual ease.
The garlic bread itself (even without the option to add cheese) is well-seasoned and tastes amazing. It's served with a side of their incredible marinara sauce that only enhances the bread's flavor further.
The same effect carries over to their pizza; which truly displays their cuisine's quality. The crust and marinara are top-notch and alongside a brilliant flavor as a whole. It's a pizza unlike anywhere else in town (at least from my experience). I was glad to have found a place that cooks and serves food with the same care and effect as homemade meals.
I concluded my dinner with two of their fantastic desserts; the tiramisu and the cannoli. Easily the best dessert on the menu, and probably my favorite in a long time, is their homemade tiramisu. Its light, fluffy texture combines with a sweet yet delicate taste that's nothing but bliss. It's so good that it left me craving another. A similar feeling could be said about their cannoli; which was perfectly crisp in pastry and sweet in filling. The chocolate chips also displayed another instance of the restaurant's talent in subtle yet effective flavor enhancements. There's a careful craft to the final course as much as there is to those that precede it.
Overall, Pizza Capri's delivers on every note with no recognizable flaw in food, service, or atmosphere. It's a casual yet upstanding place for a pizza or any other high-quality Italian dish. It deserves all the praise and attention for how it respects and creates such well-made dishes. I will certainly be visiting again for another incredible meal...

Delicious food and pizza, family environment and friendly staff. Our new favorite place!
Sadly, none of this is accurate anymore since the business was sold at the end of September. Several visits have been made because our family knew original owner. Gent did all possible to train the new owners and set them up for success. Sadly, as what often happens when ownership changes so do other things. We've noticed ingredients have changed and not for the best. The order taking staff on more than one occasion haven't even known what I was talking about when I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. I literally had to explain it (then texted old owners the first time because it was seriously concerning).
The atmosphere is tacky with the table numbers. Originally they had them already on each table but now just pass out. But it's sad the owners find this necessary in such a small restaurant. Message it sends is they don't pay enough attention to customers to remember who ordered because even on it's busiest days a person who pays attention should be able to know who gets what order. As a former weekly to go order customer I found the second register unnecessary and inconvenient. It occupies the counter space you could use for order to be put down while you pay.
I hope you have read this far because the 5 star reviews being posted ARE NOT LEGIT. They are fake or bought reviews to drive up overall restaurant rankings ... something the original owner never had to do.
I removed all but one of my original photos so you can see what it use to be like and I would post a new one but we...
