Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Denver

I ordered a chai tea and a cinnamon role on their website. I got a text that my order was ready a few minutes before I arrived. I go inside. The gal at the register said they were finishing up my order. No problem. I see the cashier talk to the gal putting my order in the bag. The one making it looks puzzled. The cashier says just give it to her. She staples the bag and the cashier hands it to me. I take the bag to my car, pull out my drink to find that its a black coffee. She knew it was the wrong drink but gave it to me anyway, thinking I would just get out of their hair. I go back inside and tell her they got my order wrong. She tells me I can keep the coffee, no thank you, and asks if I want them to make me my chai tea. Yes! Of course I do. I wait almost 10 minutes for the right drink to come out. They were busy, I get it, but now I'm late and very upset. Horrible customer service, they don't care if they get your order wrong. The Chai was ok. The cinnamon role was stale, I threw most of it out. Never...

Placed mobile order at 5 am for pickup at 6:45 am; arrived on time. Three people in front of me ordered when I got up tp the front I informed the girl working I had a order for pick up; she pulls the order from the printer ( appeared to be the first time she has even looked at the order that was placed almost 2 hours ago) and told me it would be coming right out. I was a little confused but was willing to wait a few mins. I then stood there and watched as all three people in front of me as well and the person behind me recieved their order; waited a few more mins and still no drink. At this point it had been at least 10 mins since my scheduled pick up time and I was about to be late for work. I approach the girl at the front and ask about how much longer and she replies with "oh are you in a hurry?" I say yes I need to be at work and only then does she start making the drink. I get it if it had been slam packed inside and I hadn't placed my order 2...

Very busy place in a large office park. They have a large selection of drink options including hot & cold coffees, teas and energy drinks. They also have some breakfast items including an apple cinnamon pecan muffin which is good warmed up. There are pecans baked into the muffin as well as on top which is a plus. The coffee is not my favorite, but decent.

Service was good - fast and friendly. The space includes a lot of tables providing seating and space for laptops. They do have guest Wi-Fi. However between the music level and people trying to talk over it, the room is very loud. Also, there is a bottleneck to traffic between the door and counter due to the placement of a few large tables. This isn't a problem going in, but to get back out or to the tables on the far side of the door you have to push past people in line.

The lot is very large, but might be quite congested because of the businesses there. There is a busy drive through that is...
