Wow! What can I say? We were looking for our first home in a pandemic in the craziest housing market there ever was. Louisa was wonderful to work with. My home was delayed multiple times and thanks to Louisa, I was able to keep the low rate that she locked me in for extended past when the lender normally allows. She kept up to date and worked extremely closely with my realtor and together they were both able to push to make sure that I was able to close on my home. Beyond the enormous effort and support she gave she was also able to expertly explain everything about my mortgage in simple terms that were easy to understand.
