Being someone who travels around to many states in the United States and takes her barbecue seriously, Brothers Barbecue uniquely brings it’s own sauces and style of cooking to the community. After multiple experiences, their meats are always moist, savory, and tender. The brisket stands out amongst their already delicious rib and chicken dishes. Their unique sides are full of flavor and complement their main dishes well. What’s special for anyone who has a gluten and dairy free diet, they cook their fries in a fryer that never comes into contact with gluten. If you like Dominos, Papa Johns and other generic chains you'll probably just want to ignore my review, you'll be fine with eating here. People that eat BBQ will not want this , it's subpar national chain quality BBQ. The company knows this, which is even more disappointing.

I don't really see how I can confuse you with someone else but ok I guess, you might want to look into who is using your restaurants name and serving the same menu items. The point of the review is to warn people from thinking they'll get quality BBQ from your establishment.

You know you would never take this food to BBQ places where you fell in love with BBQ, so please stop acting like it belongs in the same category. Real quality BBQ should never be lied about, there's plenty of average BBQ places that sell cheaper subpar bbq and that's fine. It's offensive to advertise high quality bbq that you know isn't even close and charge people...

Brothers BBQ (Delivery via Uber Eats)

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised; it arrived quickly and everything was still warm! I got the pulled pork with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and cornbread on the side.

At first glance, the food looked a little bland, but don’t let that fool you; the flavor was absolutely on point. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful even without sauce, but paired with the sweet BBQ sauce? Incredible.

The mashed potatoes were honestly my favorite part; so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The mac and cheese was super cheesy, which I loved, but it was a bit too watery for my taste and lacked some of the depth I usually look for. Still solid, though. The cornbread was soft and tasty, a great little addition to the meal.

Overall, I was super happy with the pricing for the quality and quantity. Definitely recommend if you’re craving...
