This is the cleanest spa I have ever been to, and I’ve been to spas all over the world! Ryan and Tang are exceptional professionals and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout all the treatments. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends!
I started with the herbal hot bath and I was shocked at the improvement of my skin afterwards. I’ve been having a fun Colorado summer so had bruises and scrapes all over. My bruises faded and my skin was firmer and softer than it’s been in years. 2nd day after and the result persists! It was very relaxing and private, and so interesting to read about the origin of this treatment and the partnership they created to bring it to the US.
Salt cave was next - great place for relaxing with friends. I really liked how modern bright and clean it was, I’ve had this elsewhere that felt cavelike and dingy and this was a much better experience! The zero gravity chairs are top notch and the blankets on offer were both cozy and very clean.
Next I did the lymphatic massage - I put my street clothes back on and slipped into a funny pair of protective overpants, then climbed into a zippered pair of pants made like a space suit. Rested with an eye mask for 45 minutes while air was pumped into chambers on the pants that made me feel like I was a tube of toothpaste being gently squeezed over and over again. Changed out of pants and into a jacket, then spent 20 more minutes as toothpaste on my arms and torso. I’m not entirely sure about results with this one but I loved it. Was weirdly comforting and very relaxing. NOT a traditional massage and nice to not have to interact with a provider.
Last stop was to the nail salon side of the spa. Natalie gave me a great Dazzle Dry manicure and was really lovely and fun to talk to!
Pleasantly surprised at checkout to find they have a no tip policy on all services except the nail salon side. I thought cost was entirely reasonable given the great experience.
While it’s unusual to find a spa this top notch without massage or classic facial treatments, the Sapa Spa is an absolute gem in Denver. If you are looking for a unique relaxing experience with real results I highly...
Read moreSapa Spa has completely transformed my wellness routine. Living just two blocks away, I’ve been a loyal customer for months, and the Red Dao Herbal Bath has been truly life-changing. Its healing properties have become an essential part of my self-care, and I’ve also benefited from their salt caves, which have done wonders for my respiratory health and skin. Every treatment I’ve tried has been exceptional, and their monthly membership is one of the best investments I’ve made in my well-being.
What truly sets Sapa Spa apart is its heart and mission. Owners Thang and Ryan are incredibly passionate about health and healing, but even more inspiring is their commitment to social impact. By bringing traditional wellness practices from Sapa, Vietnam, to the U.S., they are directly supporting impoverished women farmers who cultivate the herbs used in their treatments. I love supporting businesses that prioritize community, ethical sourcing, and sustainability, and Sapa Spa embodies all of that. If you’re looking for a place that nurtures both your health and a greater...
Read moreLOVE! The Red Dao herbal bath is an extra special treatment and was deeply relaxing, especially followed by a session in the salt chamber. My skin felt nourished, and my eye allergies (from poor air quality this summer) were soothed. I previously tried the ionic foot bath with massage chair, and felt refreshed and energized. Staff are attentive, and everything is very clean. A lovely, serene environment! Looking forward to trying the lymphatic massage (which can be paid for with a health savings account (HSA) card).
Update: Amazing Red Dao Herbal Bath and Salt Chamber session today! Each visit seems more relaxing and beneficial than the previous. Maddie creates a peaceful environment and is always professional and attentive. Thank...
