You really need to talk to your employees particularly the crew from 4 -14-2025 the night crew particularly the older lady who has a mug and look like she was upset cause she had to serve a man of color and had a mug on her face as she acted frustrated and the the male worker talking to her in Spanish about me. Yes it was clear as day. Look if your employees can't deal with adversity. They should not be working there matter of fact they should not be in America period seein that they can't even speak English. There is enough hate and racism in this country as we all know we dont need anymore, especially comin from people who is here on a piece of thread there self but have the nerve to not be able to deal with adversity like hell isn't that what yall going thru at this moment?    Read moreThis location is great, but there is a line employee who I presume is the manager and I feel like he makes a concerted effort not to give full portions. I am a former chipotle line worker and every time I come here I seem to be given 50-75% of what is considered normal when he is working the line. When I end up spending 15-20 dollars on a bowl, giving me a 1/2 - 3/4 scoop of meat feels essentially like highway robbery. Youâre telling me that $10 for 2-3oz of steak is fair? I understand inflation has made everything cost more, but it is off putting to have to ask multiple times for âa little bit more of _â and this happens from the rice all the way to lettuce. It is frustrating enough for me to want to drive to a different location. This has happened numerous times and I think I finally got frustrated enough to leave a review. I placed an order online and was double charged for my order so I called the location I placed my order at and the guy confirmed my order and gave a number to call about the extra charge . I waited about 10 minutes and then went to pick up my order by time I made it to the store I was told they couldnât find the order in the system and then the workers proceeded to stand around speaking in Spanish and looking silly as if they wanted me to just leave without any food or the money they over charged. I was so irritated I asked for the number to corporate reordered the food for my kids which I paid for a third time and left..
