The wing spot — Restaurant in Denver

I ordered the catfish and wings from here. From the advertising I saw about the catfish was smaller than expected. So if you're getting a 4 piece. It's realistically going to equal out to 2 filets cut in half. The wings were great no complaints there. The only thing I can say is that I couldn't eat the fries. Typically I would idk if it was the grease or maybe something was laid on them and it absorbed the flavor I'm not sure but there was a hint of something that threw the whole basket of fries off for me. Regardless of my "cons" if you can call them that does not deter me from having them again. And will try them out again. If it wasn't for the fries and the portion size this would get a 5 Out of 5 for me. Definitely in my top 10nof...

I met the owner Afshin, he is such a humble and down to earth guy! The food was phenomenal, I got the Catfish meal, it came with fries and a drink too. I also ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings, everything made me feel like I was back home in the South again! The chicken was fried to perfection, the Catfish was even better, no slimey texture or fishy taste. I drove an hour and some change to try out his Catfish and wings, he didn’t disappoint.
