Crumbl — Restaurant in Denver

Went in Friday 02/07/25 and they were very rude. They had friends coming in given discounts. Letting them try free stuff but every one as of myself had to pay full price for my items. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, but as soon as their friends walked in, they were offered 10% discounts and if I need to come back in there to verify which young ladies it was, I most certainly will. They were also given drinks away. And it’s funny I was the only black one in the place. I’ve tried emailing the store still no response so I guess this store in particular is OK with their employees acting like this so it must not be anything new. It’s ridiculous, and sad that they have employees that act so unprofessional just because it’s people you know personally. I don’t think I will be going back...

I've visited this location twice this month. Make sure you know how it works because no one greets you, or even comes up to explain the process. It took me 10 minutes to figure it out. The second visit, I used the app. Imagine starting your birthday in a good mood and then you come here and no one says hello, welcome, nothing. They look at you and keep doing whatever. Only people who acknowledged me was the one leaving on break and person who handed me the cookies. If all locations are like this, I don't think I'll visit them again because the cookies are too expensive to get this cold treatment. Oh, the cookies are delicious, but always seem under cooked...

I love Crumbl. Sometimes you get all kinds of customers who want to complain about a store or door dash, but 99 percent of the time, the store is doing the best it can to deliver cookies and make them available. As a door dasher and Cook, I have seen both sides of being in Hospitality and sometimes customers don't always treat people well making their food, calling them dog head beast because of miss communication. I've delivered from crumbl many times as a dasher and sometimes the store doesn't have all your contact info. So they will have a driver call you. Calling them dog headed beast isn't going to shut them down because you won't answer door dashes...
