THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!! HE LITERALLY YELLED AT ME THRU THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I WAS SOMEONE ELSE. I can honestly say I've never been treated so poorly for NO reason. I've been coming to this DD location for a year now, and used to absolutely love the staff and service I received. That is until about the last 2-3 months. I won't go into the multiple order mistakes or the half-filled coffees etc. This morning was UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered a 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich and a large iced coffee, which was clearly listed on the sign as $3.89. When I pulled up to the window the girl told me my total was $10.89, so I asked her how much the coffee was. She said outright, verbatim "five dollars". I'm not typically going to fuss over a couple dollars, but being 8 months pregnant every penny counts, and I have been a loyal patron. Doing simple math at the Colorado 2.9% tax rate will tell you $3.89 does not come to $5, even with tax. I pointed to the sign on the window right in front of her and said "I'm sorry, it says $3.89 on your sign; can I just get a medium then". I was not causing a fuss, I told her I would take a medium instead. She turns to someone behind her, all huffy, and says "she wants to know why the large coffee is $5!" First of all, when the sign says $3.89, I'm not sure why that's an unreasonable question. But that's not the issue. OUT OF NOWHERE a gentleman I have only seen maybe one time comes flying up to the window and says "AGAIN! I was just arguing with you the other day about a coupon that wouldn't work on your phone!". Um, excuse me. I never had a coupon on my phone. I have them scan my phone when I get coffee, to get the points, but never had a coupon and CERTAINLY had not had any kind of "argument" with this ridiculous person over it. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT BY AN EMPLOYEE FOR SIMPLY QUESTIONING THE PRICE OF AN ITEM, and the fact that HE MISTOOK ME FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME THROUGH THE WINDOW IS DESPICABLE. I asked him what the hell he was talking about, but he just kept pointing and waving his finger at me and said he was going to "Call the cops if I didn't get out of his drive thru". I started video taping him and said a few choice words, as I don't appreciate being attacked in the drive thru by a stranger at 8 in the morning. The way he acted and spoke to me was shameful, especially considering he HAD THE WRONG PERSON. Even if I HAD been the person with whom he had the previous issue, his actions were inexcusable. "AGAIN! I JUST HAD AN ARGUMENT WITH YOU". Those words alone speak VOLUMES as to this managers (or he may be the owner) view on customer service. Arguing with a customer is already bad enough. But to then YELL at another customer UNPROVOKED is just absolutely inexcusable. His presence at this location definitely explains the decline in customer service. I arrived to get a coffee through the drive thru and the female worker messed up my order and I stated “oh that’s not right can I get a refund and remade I’ll get out of line since there’s a line” the worker looks me dead in the eyes and states no twice and says to come back tomorrow for a free drink. I arrive today and was speaking to a male worker through the drive through and he was rude, dismissive, and talking about us to his coworkers in the back. We proceeded to pull up and state “you need to learn to speak to people.” The male worker proceeded to set the drink on the far edge and say “I’m not even reaching near you ” and proceeded to set the drink on the ledge and slam the window. We drove off and called the store extremely respectful and asked for the managers name, store id, and a number to cooperate. The male supervisor proceeded to say he was not going to give out personal information and started laughing and talking about the call to his coworker who also started to laugh. We got a call back from the manager who was lovely and stated it was her direct supervisor who was acting this way. I informed her that I did not ask for personal information but asked for her first name only since I will be calling corporate. My drink was also tampered with and confirmed with three other people who took sips that it was the most nasty thing they have ever tasted in their life. All because I asked for a refund and would even get out of line UPDATE: Just spoke to LUIS BARRERA and he verbally attacked me over the phone and stated he was “above the manager I spoke to and feel free to call the corporate number bye!” And hung up. I have a witness who videoed the call and I was being extremely respectful and stated “I just spoke to the lovely manager and let her know of my poor experience the last two days”.
ANOTHER UPDATE: 12/10 I have contacted Dunkin cooperate and they wrote back about how apologetic they were. They relayed that they gave me contact information to the owner/supervisor and that I should receive a vocal apology. This has not happened and shows the disrespect that this location has for...
Read moreThis is the worst restaurant I have been to in a long time. I ordered a meal extra hash browns LG caramel macchiato and a bagel with plain cream cheese. Well I recieved my drink about 3 mins later waited for food and waited and waited so after 20 mins wait I asked them if my order will be up soon the shift leader replies o your still waiting that other must of taken your food. I'll remake it what was it how does ahe know someone took it( in which there was no one else that got an order BESIDES a lady they called her food too) anyway she asked what was the order I then repeated the order my fiance said please make sure it turkey sausage well 5 mins later she says here you go and tosses it on the counter when look in bag the sandwich is incorrect pork sausage and on a muffin when we clearly said croissant and no cream cheese on my untoasted bagel that was suppose to be toasted.Return the food and I then asked for my money back after 30mins wait in total I was then told I don't do refunds you can wait for the manager to come in but I dont know when that is I asked for a corporate # she told the other girl go help that woman cuz I'm not dealing with people like her . O wow shift leader I was never load or rude for her to say that. The cashier was pleasant and told me should would refund order no problem. Wow a crew member better skills then your shiftt leader.
