It Boba — Restaurant in Denver

Maybe I caught them on a bad day.. But, I got the Thai milk tea with boba.. To start off, the drink was green. I’ve never had green Thai milk tea, but that doesn’t really matter because the tea was at least bearable. The boba was terrible. It was all clumped together, and once I broke a few apart and tasted one, it was mushy and bland and just straight up gross.. VERY disappointed in this place 👎🏼 First off, the worker seemed like she didn't know what the Hokkaido and Okinawa teas on the menu were. When we asked, she explained it was just different types of powder with cream and sugar syrup... no explanation of how they tasted. I ordered a oolong milk tea with boba and it seemed weird I wasn't getting any boba while drinking the tea - I got home and checked and there was a whole clump of boba in the cup. 0/10 would...

Edit 2: Come by here all the time when going to work and getting around etc and they are constantly closed all day. Very odd - 1/5 because they are never open.

Edit - they keep being randomly closed when I want to come here and it’s stopped me from ordering like 2-3 times. Very frustrating and lowering to a 3/5 due to this.
