Imperial Dragon — Restaurant in Denver

I ordered delivery & tipped on my card when i paid online. The delivery driver called me & I’m thinking oh he must be here, but it turns out that he was asking me for money instead. My tip was what I would consider normal. I live 5 minutes away from this place & met him at the apartment leasing office door bc at my complex you need a fob so i went down three floors to meet him and he was mad i declined to tip more. I told him that it’s rude behavior & i told him he will not have good luck asking people for more tip it is greedy & rude! He then stated that they will no longer deliver to me again. The guy is trying to push away service to people who are tipping normal. I said no worries i wont be ordering from here again! He then advised me that i can go ahead and call and complain about him if i want. What a terrible way to treat people! DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!! READ THIS. My family and I ordered take out from this place for the first time this evening.. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes when I was told our food would be here in 40 minutes I called to see where our food was. I kept getting placed on hold. When she finally picked back up and I asked her she told me I am so sorry, wait five more minutes and call back, I waited 20 more minutes and called back and all I got was attitude and rudeness from her and the manager as they were telling me I didn't know my address. I said just cancel my order as I did not like the way I was treated. 15 minutes later the delivery guy came to my carport and said could u please come out and get your food. They didn't even cancel my order or call him to see where our food was. So being the respectful person I am I just paid for the food already planning on never Ordering from them again. Once we ate the food it was all cold and absolutely disgusting. The chicken was soggy and tasted very weird, and the beef was mushy. This is definitely not a good place to eat from. HANDS- DOWN THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN DENVER!!! We have ordered from this place many, many times. We have tried many other places nearby - but none of them come close to these people. Their employees are so kind, courteous, helpful, patient, professional, and knowledgeable! Their prices are amazing and delivery is incredibly fast too.

They ALWAYS get the food to my front door within 20 minutes of calling in my order. In the middle of dinner rush, they still make it happen every time. And we live several miles away too, it's not like we're just across the street. I can't recommend them any higher!! We will be loyal patrons forever!! I just love this place, and if you're looking for a quality, cost effective, delicious, fast, and consistently accurate orders ... try them out!
