The place was tiny. Very little room to sit inside, & a ton of people in the drive thru...this was around 8:30pm. There was a lot of workers behind the counter, but it took a long time to get our order to my group of family I went with - around 6 people. They even forgot a banana split. The blizzards & the strawberry banana Julius I got was already melted a good bit by the time I took the first drink, the viscosity was extremely low so it was like just drinking any normal drink. š The establishment was hot & muggy inside, something wrong with the A/C system I assume; the place was also dirty, people coming in with no shoes on & ordering. Other people looked like they just rolled off their cardboard bed from behind the building in the alley & came inside to get their ice cream fix! Some of the workers looked like wanna be gang members sagging their pants & wearing their uniform hats un- professionally. I would never go back to this specific DQ again; I know other DQ locations are much better kept up & just a all-round better experience. If you come to this location do not be surprised when it's a terrible experience complete with overpriced...

Then he was rude about it when my husband asked him to run it again he sighed and rolled his eyes. To the manager, that kid Should be be put in the back making the ice cream. We have always gone to this DQ and you guys always have had great customer service but that kid was not very professional.
