The person who does my nails every two week is great! Very nice to me and does my nails great every time! They are by far the cleanest nail salon I have ever been too and they do nails very well but the customer service sucks and I am very upset with Tony!!! I go here almost every two weeks and spend roughly around $25.00 to $50.00 every time I go for about 1 hr of service. I feel I am a pretty good customer to them. I recently went in yesterday with a group of girls for a wedding party I am in. Remind you that non of these girls have every been here. I felt by bringing more people here to get nails done might bring them repeat business but I'm sure that will not happen any more. A few people were late in our party and Tony started arguing with me saying I am loosing business even though the rest of the 3-4 girls were on their way just running late while the remainder 5 of us were there already getting services. He continued to argue with me in front of the whole business and the rest of his customers. I finally explained to Tony we could all leave if he wants and he said you can if you want to and then he shut up the rest of the time. Tony you need to realize that you are loosing customers for your company on your own by the way you treat people. Customer service is the most important thing for a company to survive and by the looks of how many horrible reviews you have about customer service and from my experience in the customer service industry your business will eventually go down and close no matter how good you do nails. Customers do not appreciate being treated the way you treat them at all!!! I will not be recommending this place to anyone that I know any more and I'm sure the rest of my friends and family that go there will no longer go there anymore. Learn how to treat people! By the way from all of the people that were in my party they spent roughly around $600.00 for service for 2 hours. Which I feel is great money that I brought them for the horrible customer service Tony gave to all of us! Learn how to run your business Tony and stop being defensive every time someone comes to you. First part about customer service is the " customer is always right". Also, by the way I wrote the same bad review here on Google, Facebook, Yelp, oh and the BBB. Have a great day!
Response So everyone can know the true story. 1 girl in our group showed up before 4pm. Myself and 2 other girls showed up at 4pm. While you were yelling at me in front of everyone around 4:15, 1 other girl came in and I had to tell you. I called the other girls at 4:20 and the remainder 3 girls came in. Yes, one girl cancelled as I was on my way where I could not call you. There was a total of 7 of us getting nails done. We spent around $600.00 for 2 hours of service. which is great. As of loosing business from 4 - 4:30 you had no one waiting. 2 girls came as walk ins and you had a lot more workers available than just the other 3 that were going to help for the party. As of loosing business. You are the one loosing your business. Customer service is the #1 thing for a business and when that goes so does the business and their customers. As of being upset and being human when things don't go my way it does happen but I do not treat people the way you do. I'm an adult and act like an adult in situations like that. Plain point simple the response that you made to this review is completely incorrect and doesn't help you at all. I'm adding to the review so people understand exactly what went on and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here because it won the best salon in Denver, but if this is the best salon in Denver then we have seriously low standards. This is probably the worst Mani Pedi I've ever gotten, my nails probably looked better going in than coming out. Ultimately I had to go home to finish my manicure myself because the end result was rough, unpolished, asymmetrical, uneven, and messy (let alone super short and painful).
First, I got a pedicure. I thought it was ok but looking at them now she didn't even push the cuticles back so I already have a gap between my cuticle and polish. She also DUG one of her tools into the sides of my big toe/nail so hard that I thought she was cutting out a chunk of flesh and was positive I was going to walk out bleeding. Fortunately I did not, but it was still very painful and overall a poor experience but I would have gotten over that.
Then my manicure. When I went in (before I had even gotten to the pedicure chair and again when we sat down at the manicure station) I asked for a simple buff with no polish and to keep as much length as possible. She started by quickly chopping off all my nails and then filing them to be uneven, crooked, short nails. Then, apparently asking for a buff blew her mind but of course not until she was halfway done and had already chopped off my nails. She spent several minutes asking around and looking for a buffing file and reported back that they don't stock them. What salon doesn't stock at least one buffing file?! And why aren't you looking for that before you start? I would have gone somewhere that actually had a buffing file if I had known she wouldn't be able to finish before she was halfway through. She then proceeded to "buff" my nails with the drill, that I believe is meant for acrylics or gel nails, "to make me happy" since I repeatedly told her I didn't want polish when she kept pushing it on me. Instead making me happy, the drill felt like it was burning or buffing through my nails and was so painful (which she apparently didn't understand when I told her) I left the salon in tears (which they made a big deal of in front of a full salon. Thanks, now you can add embarrassed to the physical pain). Looking at my nails now, there are scratches all over from the drill, they are not shiny at all, and rough on every edge. Additionally, she left several of them very sharp and left several pieces of cuticle/skin that hadn't been clipped off.
What a waste of money and time....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this place 5 or 6 times and my experience wasnāt good. The first time one guy did my nails he was very rude and seemed like he didnāt wanted to work. The second time another guy did my nails. I showed him 5 or more designs and he said ā maybe next timeā I got tired of that so I showed a normal French design and I told him, okay do that. He applied white in my whole nails and I told him not that is what I want. He said I think that looks better, finally other girl came and did my normal design. I third experience was good so I came back. The 4th time one lady did my nails and she did another shape different that I wanted and I showed her, but she did the design that I wanted. I scheduled an appointment with the girl who did my design the 3th āQueenā she did my pedicure and then my manicure, she cutted one of my nails and changed it for not reason. She was also hurting my natural nail, I told her be careful itās painful then she did the design that I wanted. When I was ready to paid the told me your total is $100 it surprised me I have been to another salon in Longmont and I never pay that crazy amount. I asked them why? If was rebased and pedicure and they said because she fixed one of your nails and some design are more expensive. I told them I know that but never pay that in years in USA they said let me call her, but she was hidden herself and she never came. I told them okay I gonna paid but never come back. I donāt understand why I came there 5 times when I just have only one experience. I wonāt recommend this place they are rude and...
