I have lived in the neighborhood for 70 years the manager a male is very aggressive and rude un fair to employees and treats them with no respect we got into a discussion with the other people in store he continued to badger me well yelling I said if he couldn't exchange a 50 he had just opened up I had it in my hand after waiting 25 minutes in other line. Asked if he could break it down from other register said no Asked if I should get back in other line so that was when he was badgering me threatened to call the police and refused service. He has not been there longer than the neighborhood it's not the best area but the people are hard working he is very unprofessional think he forgot who pays his salary 🤔 I realize customer service is not easy .hope they put someone in there with a little more professionalism thanks this is the 2nd time it's happened at...

Just went in for Valentines craft supplies and I have to say it’s one of the cleanest Dollar Trees I’ve ever been in. The star of my experience and specifically Darin. I called before I stopped in to make sure the store was as open late (it was) and he was incredibly courteous on the phone. (Which surprised me hahah) We get there, he HOLDS OPEN THE DOOR as we enter and personally made sure we found what we needed. Genuinely courteous, attentive and when we went to check out, even though there was only one person in front of me, he opened up another lane just to check me out. Typically Dollar Tree employees I’ve encountered have terrible attitudes which doesn’t bother me because I don’t go for the customer service but Darin was refreshing and you could tell he takes pride in his store. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Today a sales associate named Theresa overcharged for my items & was told I would get a refund from the shift on duty. When the shift on duty approached me, she said she couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to get two more items. But, I grabbed everything I wanted and just wanted my money back. So I proceeded to call corporate for how unprofessional these associates are about my purchase. After I had left out the door to call corporate, my mom had told me the two ladies followed by two male customers sat there laughing and making fun of her because she is a non English speaking Asian women.
