This place was so mediocre and disappointing that I would not recommend this to anyone who values their time or money. After finding a table outside on the patio we waited for over 20 minutes without any employee coming by to ask for our drinks, order food, or literally anything. We had to go up to the bar where we waited another few minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence there before we finally ordered food. We ordered a pastrami sandwich with fries for $16 and a Caesar salad for $11 then had to wait almost 45 minutes for it to arrive. We were given no silverware whatsoever and I had to go get a fork myself after an employee said they would bring one but never returned. The food is somewhere between mediocre at best and just plain bad. The pastrami sandwich was super soggy and bland then the salad was genuinely one of the most disappointing salads I've ever seen served at a restaurant. I could have gone to the grocery store and made a larger, higher quality, and way cheaper Caesar salad with the cheapest lettuce and generic Caesar salad dressing I could find. For a total of $31 after tax this was an incredibly disappointing experience and overall a terrible value. If the rest of the menu is as low quality as what we were served, then this whole restaurant/bar is a terrible value. The "All Day Happy Hour" deals were so lackluster and boring that I didn't even consider ordering a drink while I was here. While I will give them some grace given that the restaurant was crowded during a "Puzzled Pints" event happening that evening, there were still empty tables while all of this was happening! The restaurant was by no means at capacity and the restaurant had plenty of time to prepare for this given the event was scheduled I imagine at least a month in advance. This place is the epitome of everything that is wrong with so many restaurants/bars in Denver being overpriced for mediocre at best food, boasting the most disappointing "deals", and terrible service that prompts you to tip 30% before you've even seen your food.

We came here mid-Day on a Saturday for lunch. It was basically empty so we chose to sit outside in the son and enjoy the rock and roll they were playing on the speakers. The atmosphere is really cool. Would be great for Apre ski- big bar, games, ski decorations, dim lighting and bar staff decked out in skate gear. The outdoor area was dialed. We sat at a table kind of perched up above the rest of the patio and were basking in the sun our entire meal. Stand up and we could see the mountains. The beers were cold from the tap, but I probably wouldn’t get the tangerine IPA again because it was more tangerine than it was IPA. The food was comfort style - Zataar bread was like cheesy breadsticks from a pizza joint with a Nepalese twist. 7.5/10 Chicken tacos were solid, not the best I’ve ever had but flavorful and enough food for lunch. 7.5/10 My girl got the elote bowl which we both thought was delicious and a solid vegetarian option. 9/10 Spent $60 total including tips. Cheers, will be back for more on a busier night with our friends. Could also see it being a solid spot to watch the Avs games.

Be sure to ask for a copy of your receipt if paying with a card, and monitor your statements closely. I visited on 5/21 and closed out my tab for approximately $49.00, including tip. However, the total that posted to my card was $99.60. I have disputed the charge with my bank, but it's concerning that staff appears to have added an extra $50 to the tip. **UPDATE 5/30/25** Management responded to my review on 5/26 stating: "Hello, Please call and we will adjust your credit card, it was most likely human error. We would be happy to correct. Love, Inga's." I called and spoke with the manager, Cindy, who looked up the transaction and confirmed that a tip of over $60 had been entered in their system—roughly 200%. I explained that this was incorrect and asked her to verify it against the signed receipt. She said she would locate the receipt and call me back. I never received a call, and the business later deleted their response to my original review. This is an extremely shady business. Stay away.

The blond female bartender that was working at 10pm on 09/10/2025 does not have any customer service skills at all. She will yell at anyone for anything, and be sure you dont get tipsy and increase the volume of your voice. Because she will kick you out. Truly a silent bar with no music after 10:00 - 10:30 on weekdays and a bar staff that has no chill.

Very disappointed. Still pretty confused about the true reason of being asked to leave and threatened with police action.

I was unfortunately after the fact, a bit disrespectful, I was simply done with being yelled at for no reason by a sassy non compromising bartender.

So I do apologize if I didn't necessarily handle myself in the best manner when I was finally making my exit, but your wait staff should have never been aggressive and disrespectful in the first place. (I put this in there to insure that all sides are represented, and hopefully Ingas will not have any grounds of removing this reveiw)

Because I do not suggest anybody that is trying to have a good time, go here. Well at least while they have someone behind the bar who is so very disrespectful and rude. There are plenty of bars around town that have through and through great service.

Revised: Yes, there is more to this story, Ingas Owner. The parts I left out were a one sided story of two drunk patrons that didnt like the way I was telling a joke. A bartender that took no time to discuss any issues with me in any polite manner. But more used underhanded passive aggressive remarks to make me feel uncomfortable.

Then one lovely employee of yours being present at the next bar I went to, then decided to listen to my issues. That second employee did actually care, and did actually want to solve the situation.

But the funny thing is, the second employee ironically identified the same blonde bartender as a problem of you're establishment. So I hope she understands that her co-workers also see her is an issue.

But you not apologizing for your outrageous service and pacifing the issues you do have is genuinely disgusting. But understandable why a power hungry tyrant of a bartender can work there. Sounds like you as the owner, understate issues, and merely dont have any real understanding of what happens in your bar when you leave.

But to whomever is on the other side of your owner profile, I wish...

My friend and dined at Inga's a couple of weeks back. We had been in before and had a pleasant experience and the food was really great so we decided to try it again.

However, this time we were met with disappointment and inattentiveness. I can't recall our servers name, probably because she never told us. I do remember she was a tall blonde women. My friend and I split a couple of appetizers while we were watching the world series. Our server came to our table maybe once throughout the whole course of our stay. She didn't bother asking how our food was or if we needed anything. The only question she asked my friend was if she wanted another beer, then proceeded to get that beer wrong.

We finally flagged her down because I needed to place a togo order for my boyfriend. She looked directly at us several time before coming over to see what we needed. Then blamed her boss saying that she was the reason for her distraction. Despite a big sporting event being on, there were barely any patrons in the restaurant. She definitely could have managed her time between her boss and her tables. I'm inclined to believe that her manager would have wanted her focused on the customers anyway.

The worst part about this entire experience was when it came to the check. The server asked us how we wanted the bill split and we proceeded to tell her to split all of the appetizers down the middle and then put the wings I got togo on my tab. She then yelled at me and told me that "that's not down the middle" and walked away. She came back semi apologetic saying that their system is compatible with splitting the check this way. We paid and left.

Overall, the food was good, the gentleman who actually delivered our food was very pleasant and helpful, but the server's rudeness definitely affected the quality...
