Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Denver

Let me start by saying I love jjohns the bread, the spread, the whole enchilada. But this location is five minutes from me and the first time I ordered they were pretty quick, but of course they forgot my chips they charged me for, she tells me she will put a 5 dollar credit on my account. So I order today when I get out of class before my next one, and for a place that says freaky fast delivery as there slogan that is incorrect. I asked for a reapeat of the order I had last time took about ten minutes for whomever was taking it to accomplish this and put my 5 dollar credit towards said order, but alas we hang up and I wait, about 45 minutes later I call and she says that the order left 10 minutes prior and he should be here soon, that would be fine and dandy if my class didn't start in five and I didn't have to get clear across campus, so this will be the last time for this location which is extremely unfortunate since as you know they only deliver in a short radius and the others are most definitely not in said radius. When entering the store I was greated with "we don't have no bread and I'm the only one here" by an employee named Cassie. I then proceeded to asked her for 3 Lil Johns. She rudely asked me which one, it seemed as if she was having a bad day. I attempted to use my gift card as a form of payment, during the transaction an error occurred, I asked her for assistance. She replied "NO", Then proceeded to help the next customers to foce me out of line. I called a friend who happened to be a former employee for assistance. During the call my daughter is being toddler, Cassie aggressively states "You need to tell your daughter to stop" I asked her not to take her frustrations out on my child, she proceeded to ask me to leave, I told her I don't feel like I should leave due to her frustrations. I stopped at this location yesterday. Haven’t been to a Jimmy Johns in a while. I was pleasantly surprised. I know a lot of sandwich shops are charging $12-$15. I was able to get an 8 inch with chips for $10 and some change. The sandwich was delicious just like I remember it being. A good amount of meat. The chips are all Jimmy John brand but delicious. They remind me of kettle chips. A little salty if you are sodium sensitive. The customer service was great. They made my sandwich fairly quickly. The store was clean. They will sell day old bread for 80 cents each. We all know Jimmy Johns has great bread you can use for sandwiches at home. I will be back.
