Just look at the size of it from the picture. Never am I disappointed with the perfectly balance of ingredients they use to create this burrito. If you’re not the breakfast person try the lunch menu. I tried the steak burrito and was just as amazing. Not to mention the fresh out the pot beans! Not a big fan of beans unless they’re my mother’s but these beans are hands down the best. Fast, Fresh, & Friendly. Not To Mention The Food Is Fire! This Roach Coach Has A Pretty Extensive Menu. I Love Options.
They Seem To Actually Know & Chat With Their Customers, One Guy Attested That He Goes Almost Everyday! I Can See Why Though.
The Service Is Friendly & Fast. Everything Cooked To Order & Fresh. Not Sure Of Their Source, Whether It's Local Or Not But This Food Was Authentic In Flavor.
I Got The Carnitas Breakfast, Which Guacamole. It Was Delicious. Loved The Crunch On The Potatoes In The Burrito, & Their House Green Chili & Cheese That Comes With EVERY Burrito. Come To Find Out They Have A Restaurant, Too!

I hesitate to give 1 star only because I have never tried the food. We booked this food truck months in advance for our event and were counting on them for breakfast for our runners and staff and they just never showed up. No call, no email. I tried to call and we have never heard anything to this day, 3 weeks later. We weren’t mad but extremely disappointed.
