MAD Greens - Denver Art Museum — Restaurant in Denver

Today (07-18-2025), at 11:45 I showed up at this location to pick up my online pickup order. I had a printout of my order with me. Kelly told me they couldn't find my order. I showed her the address and time on my sheet, and without missing a beat, she rallied the whole team and started making my stuff. 12 items for 8 people. As things went along, we figured out I had never actually completed the order on my computer earlier that morning. I apologized for causing such a commotion, and thanked her for making it work. She was totally unjudgmental, and totally helpful. Everyone working at that time was, and it was all hands on deck to accommodate my mistaken self, plus everyone else that was coming in. The staff were seamless, and wonderful. Customer service like that is SO rare these days. Thank you, Kelly and team, for getting me back to my Friday Food Fun at the office practically on time, when I feel like many places would've either told me I was out of luck, or had a (maybe rightfully so) bad attitude....

Not the best experience. After the Monet exhibit at 1:50 pm we went into Mad Greens to get some coffee. Only to be told they wouldn't serve us for another 15 min because they are going into a shift change. Not sure what that is about because the girl that told us that cleaned the entire time we waited. A new person did walk over to us and ask if we were ready to order. That is the only reason I bumped them from a one start to a two star. Honestly the coffee was not worth the wait we experienced. Second part to this is we couldn't use the restroom. The restrooms have a keypad lock on them. The two employees from the coffee side were no where to be found. The only other way to ask for the combination was to go into the line for the food and have to wait another 5 to 10 min just to ask. This is TERRIBLE. With my wife having medical problems and needing a restroom this created some discomfort for her until we got home. We won't be going back...

The salads are just alright and most of the time the staff seems slow, confused and a little rude. Last time was the worst when they didn't have a lot of the chicken left I wanted for my salad and he didn't offer me any of the other chicken and just looked at me and said oh well and gave me a third scoop of chicken bits. Then he proceeded to ask what dressing I wanted and started to pour some in and there was barely any left. He said whoops we are all out of that dressing and asked if I wanted to mix it with some other dressing. Well that doesn't sound good to me and he proceeded to stir and say here you go and then charged me full price. While charging me full price he said he would give me a comp salad for next time and looked for the comp and couldn't find it and said whoops. I'm sorry. I don't have any to give you and I walked away. Avoid this place. Oh and MAD beans in the morning is garbage coffee. Typical lady working...
