Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Denver

This is the second time we have visited this location & both times have been horrible. We asked our server for honey bitter, and didn't get any until the bread was gone. My daughters drink was never refilled. The server never came and asked if we needed anything else or if the food was okay- which the steak was not- it was cooked medium well, we ordered medium. Plus every outback I have been to has mixed vegetables that you can get grilled- this one does not. It's like they can't cook a medium rare or medium steak- just well done! Both times the steak was burnt on the outside & grisly. Prime rib is supposed to be very juicy, not dry- there wasn't even any juices on the plate- that's how dried out it was. We finally seen another employee, who fixed our steak, but the outside was still burnt & crispy. We waited 15 minutes just to finally see our server to get our check. Another 15 to get a box for my prime rib. Then 15 more for her to take care of the check. It literally took long to leave than it did to order, get our food, & eat. There quality has went downhill, while prices went up. This is the second bad experience at this location, so I do NOT recommend this Outback. Please train your servers & cooks. When you spend $40. on a prime rib, you do expect it to be tender, juicy, cooked correctly. Same goes...

I was very skeptical about going to this particular Outback after reading some of the reviews but it was the most convenient choice as it is located directly across the street from where I was staying while in town for a family ski trip. Anyhow, I entered the establishment just a little after noon and was promptly greeted with a smile and warm welcome. I was asked what my seating preference was and was seated accordingly. I sat down looked around and was pleased with the cleanliness of the place and was happy to order. The waitress Meagan brought bread and water right away and was ready to take my order right away. I ordered the ribeye medium well with the steak house Mac n cheese and a loaded baked potato (so much starch I know) but I’m on vacation so I can live a little lol. My food came out hot and fresh and my steak was cooked to perfection. I wasn’t able to eat my potato as I was stuffed. My meal was superb and the service just as well. I don't know what's going on at this location but I doordashed because I have twin babies (The location is around the corner from my house) the steak on top of the entree was really good but the pasta had two drops of Alfredo sauce and tasted like spicy flavorless rubber, I ordered a side order of the house sauce with shrimp couldn't tell you if it was good on my food because there's was four tablespoons in the side order and the pasta was so dry and overcooked the starch of the pasta overpowered any flavor that was in the 4 tbsp of sauce. The shrimp that was in sauce tasted good but the shrimp that came on top of the pasta was flavorless and slightly undercooked.. I now have a stomach issues ,(within a few hours and the next day) . I have doordashed from many different restaurants including Taco Bell ( the lowest I can go) way more further away and the food tasted fresh and was cooked correctly. The food from this location did not taste fresh, disgusting is putting it lightly. Please do better you guys do not have Taco Bell prices and Taco Bell...
