(Updated, Must-Try's included) After a year of living here, the search for good sushi is over. Second time eating here and second time being amazed. The first time I came here with my boyfriend, we only ordered a few things, so didn't spend much, but today we were so excited to dive into the menu after such an awesome first impression. The service is really good, and we had a different chef from last time, but these chefs know what they're doing. They both completely and uniquely knocked these dishes out of the park. Their special rolls are so well-crafted and the ingredients come together perfectly. The flavors are just beyond anything I've had since moving out to Denver (I'm from Guam and also lived in LA, so I know what good sushi tastes like.) After months and months of trying different sushi places and getting let down by awkward flavor profiles, less-than-fresh ingredients, and overpriced dishes, we stumbled upon this little place and the food spoke for itself. New favorite place for sushi. The pricing is more than fair for the quality they pack into their dishes, I prefer to overdo it and order too much when it comes to sushi. Another sweet note, they pack pack their takeout/TO-GO orders with so much care. !!! UPDATE: !!! I've taken the time to explore a few more menu options bit by bit, and Pan Gu Bistro has continued to surprise me with delicious food. Their Thai dishes and curries taste so authentic and I'm obsessed. MUST TRY:: Crab Cheese Wontons Sushi Appetizer Spicy King Crab Roll Spicy Salmon Roll Heaven Roll Shrimp Penang Chicken Curry

If you're a vegetarian and a fan of bold flavors, this Asian restaurant is a must-visit! I tried their spicy Korean tofu noodle soup, and wow—what an experience. The rich broth was packed with fiery heat and a hint of smokiness, perfectly balanced by the silkiness of the tofu and the chewiness of the noodles. It's a flavor explosion with every bite, warming you to the core. Plus, the bowl is huge! (Check out the picture—it's bigger than an adult hand x2) Definitely worth every penny for the portion size and quality. Craving sushi? Their peanut avocado roll was the perfect sidekick to my soup. Creamy avocado, the crunch of peanuts, and a touch of sweetness—simple yet so satisfying. I highly recommend both dishes for a memorable, vegetarian-friendly meal. This place has officially made it to my favorites list. I can’t wait to return!

Won't be back! Came here today with some colleagues and it was a major disappointment. After we gave are orders to our waitress, we noticed flies flying around and landing on the sushi rolls that the sloth like sushi pros were slowly preparing. There were only four tables taken when we first walked in. Possibly a health code violation with flies in the food? I noticed the gentleman who arrived after my table received his meal about 15 minutes after being seated. A colleague received his food which wasn't sushi. I looked at the sushi chefs who were standing around behind the sushi bar looking oblivious and were curiously not making any sushi. 30 minutes later more people started to arrive at the restaurant and received their meals relatively fast, yet my sushi was nowhere to be found. 45 minutes later my sushi finally arrived and to my disappointment they got my order wrong, and I paid $15 for four sushi rolls that arrived with the fish which was lukewarm and the little bowl for the soy sauce had not been washed. But I was starving and my lunch break was about to end so I ate it anyways. What a major disappointment. But there is more, after the disappointment there came the scare. About 20 minutes after my colleague and I ate at this restaurant we both encountered stomach cramps. I would never recommend this place to anyone! If you want to be healthy and want to enjoy a meal, do...

I'm being generous with two Stars, but as I sit here with my "pad Thai" I'm hoping I don't get sick after reading all the other reviews.

Had to grab a late dinner before an AM flight. Didn't feel like pizza, so we orderso take out from Thai Chili & Sushi. I think they need to focus on one item...sushi. The sushi wasn't too bad. The cuts we're ok and tasty, but now I had to think back to those reviews I just read.

My wifes Spicy Salmon roll and California roll were both good...as we're my tuna, sake salmon and shrimp sushi.

But then we get to the "pad Thai".... What a joke! Noodles tasted flat. Peanut sauce was average. Lots of chicken, but wasn't prepared properly. It was cooked and there was plenty of it, but the scraps they used and the taste weren't typical for Pad Thai. Oh and the green onions and bean sprouts...I think there were two of each ...and the egg. What egg! Absolutely none. I ate half because I was starving, but couldn't stomach the rest. I'm really hoping that the chicken wasn't bad.... Which woukd make for an interesting flight home. I'd go back and complain to management, but it seems the customer service here is lacking.. and I'm exhausted from driving all day.

Look for a new place to come in here within a year...as the food isn't worth the $.

Would recommend: Nope Would...
