Bait and switch situation. This hotel does NOT have an airport shuttle. We booked here thinking we were set to get the airport with our toddler the next morning, as it was advertised as having an airport shuttle. We then had to make other arrangements and it was very difficult. They recommend you take Uber/Lyft but remember: if you don't have a car seat them you cannot take your toddler in a ride share. They were not super helpful but did offer points

Typically only stay at Marriotts, but this marketing is so misleading. They advertise as a shuttle hotel, and everywhere I looked it said upon request. Okay, put in my request early today and they’re saying they can only pick up until 11:45pm. Only on this one page does it say shuttles only run til 10pm. I picked my hotel based on needing a shuttle and honestly such a waste because now we’re still paying for uber.

A WONDERFUL experience from checking, to the nice spacious and CLEAN rooms with comfortable beds to a good breakfast. The checkin staff, lady who made sure the breakfast area was clean and sanitized after each person to the nice man who drove the shuttle to the DIA. Overall, a great experience.

Typically I’m not the review type, however this is probably the worst interaction I’ve had staying at a hotel. We flew in and had no issues with a third party booking and only had to put $1 down as a hold. On the way back we had to stay for two nights due to some unexpected issues with our Airbnb. I booked through my healthcare job for a discounted rate with no issues but then was asked to put $20 down. Didn’t tell us what they were charging and they were extremely rude the entire time and gave us a room that slept four when we needed one to sleep 5. We then asked if they would switch us to the room we previously were in with the pullout couch and they said they had none available. I looked online and they had 3. The two women downstairs working 3/3-3/4 are incredibly rude. We then had to go grab an air stress because we weren’t going to cause conflict when we still had to stay here for 2 nights. We went to recheck in to the appropriate room that they “didn’t have” they changed us the full amount even though we went through a third party booking service and charged us $20 again on top of the full amount for the stay. We asked why the prices have been so different for the hold and why we’re paying at the property up front when we did not do that before on the first night we flew in. They basically had no answer for us and couldn’t tell us why the prices were different just blamed it on the lady who originally checked us in and put a $1 hold on our account. After the mess with the women up at the front we were bringing in luggage from the car and we’re holding the back door for our guest walking in. They continued to walk over and shut the door when the guest were right there and I told her they were with us and they have stuff in their hand as well as all of us, she said it has to stay shut and that she would stay there to pretty much make sure it stayed shut until they approached the door to open it for them. She then demonstrated how to open the door after it was shut and said all you have to do is push which isn’t an issue but to stay there to make sure it’s shut when all of us in and outside have no free hands is ridiculous. These are the same ladies who were being rude to guests on the phone infront of other customers and lied about not having available rooms. They were rude about parking passes when I asked if we needed one and said “that’s what I’m doing now” I’m so unbelievably disappointed and feel like we are being treated horribly by these two women. Not only we’re we stuck in a small room with an air mattress but the AC machine rattled all night and because we were so uncomfortable and treated so wrong after asking for an appropriate room we didn’t want to have any type of...

There are tons of hotels in the area. Please don't pick this one.

We got up for breakfast on Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. That's when the clerk at the desk told us breakfast was when we checked in the night before. On the website, the breakfast start time was listed at 6:00 a.m., but at least 6:30 worked for us. We had to be in Colorado Springs by 8:15 a.m.

When we came down for breakfast, nothing was set out. There was a sign that said breakfast started at 7:00 a.m. The self-serve area was roped off. Breakfast was nowhere near ready. We weren't the only ones standing there dumfounded. An ultimate frisbee team who had traveled from my home state was standing there, in need of breakfast before their early game. As more people arrived for breakfast, everyone was grabbing whatever was set out. The cook got angry and yelled for everyone to get out. "Couldn't we plainly see what time breakfast started. She put out a sign!"

I wasn't having it. I complained to the front desk, and they tried to gaslight me about the time, even after I showed them what their website said. I won't pretend I was pleasant, but one of the two people behind the desk was incredibly rude to me. I "Karened" for the manager, and they told me the manager wouldn't be in until Monday.

When I got back to the hotel late Saturday night, the general manager was there. I told her the whole story. She insisted that breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. She took my information and said she would take care of part of my stay.

The next morning, when we checked out, nothing had been done for the bill. The assistant manager was there. He totally through the G.M. under the bus. His phrase was "6:00 a.m. is when [the general manager] says breakfast starts. They comped our parking, which is the only reason I left two stars. I have no idea why a chain hotel at an airport has a parking charge for an overnight stay, but I'm glad I didn't have to pay that. The assistant manager took my information and insisted they'd be back in touch. It's been a month.

There were other problems too. A light was out in our room and they didn't address it as a maintenance request. Everyone's room key randomly deactivated. We stayed in a dozen hotels this summer, and this was one of the most expensive and one of the worst. There was clearly conflict and discontent among the staff and management.

Again, there were a dozen hotels around this one. I'd urge you to...
