I had high hopes for this place, but my experience with the oatmilk latte didn’t quite meet my expectations. I found the flavor to be a bit off-putting, and even after trying to adjust it with more milk and sugar, I still couldn't enjoy it. This was surprising for me, especially given the price point. In the past, I might have hesitated to voice my concerns, but I realized that for eight dollars, it was important to express my feedback.

On a more positive note, I want to highlight that the staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly towards my service animal, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I mentioned my issue with the latte, and they kindly offered to replace it with a tea, although that also didn’t quite suit my taste.

I wonder if there’s something specific I should be ordering that aligns better with my preferences. This feedback isn't a critique of the staff—they were genuinely helpful—but rather an observation that perhaps the espresso machine had an off day or the roast wasn’t suited to my palate. I noticed that the lattes being served had a very dark brown color, which might have contributed to the strong bitterness I experienced. While I appreciate that coffee can be bitter, this particular latte was the bitterest I’ve encountered, and I felt that no amount of sugar or cream could remedy it. It was un-drinkable.

I really appreciate small businesses and want to share my honest experience in hopes it can help improve for future customers. Three stars just bc I don't wanna take anything away from this local staple… Thank you for considering...

June 2017 Still one of our favorite coffee places to go, visit, relax, and enjoy a very good cup of coffee! You can tell it's a neighborhood shop, with regulars saying hi to the employees, and greeting each other on a Saturday morning. Love Pablo's Coffee!

Pablo's on 6th - our favorite neighborhood coffee place!

If you don't get there early on the weekend, then count on a line most likely going out the door, BUT the wait is worth it! They have wonderful, wonderful coffee! Their baked good are good too!

We have one of their "frequent customer" cards, and just keep going back, and racking up the "free cups." LOVE IT!

Interior - funky and fun! The tables are close together, so count on bumping into people when it's crowded, and it's crowded on the weekends. WE LOVE IT!!!

Service - Excellent, and they remember you too!

People watch - the best thing to do there, as you enjoy your wonderful cup of coffee!

Lovely, lovely coffee shop! We have found that several restaurants carry Pablo's Coffee! YES!!! Plus, you can buy their coffee as beans or ground, just in case you can't get there next weekend! LOVE IT!!

LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT!!!! LOVE IT!!!! DARN - don't want to pass the word along, as they really are GOOD!!!

Here's to Pablo's and the...

Admittedly I walked in here ready to love it because my buddy who's lived here 17 years raves about it and… Worth every star!

When you walk in there is an adorable vibe, the place is clean and the merch area is well-stocked with a variety of colorful happy bags of beans as well as T-shirts and to-go cups and AeroPress gear.

Melissa was super-friendly and welcomed me to Pablo's for my first visit with a great smile 😁

There are maybe 10 two-top tables, one larger one and a couple of pub-height two-tops by the beautiful plants that line the window wall.

I got the darker roast coffee (Danger Monkey) and it's delicious!

Because I am gonna stay and read my book for a while they offered me a ceramic mug to enjoy it in and generously offer a refill which is much appreciated

For the non-dairy and vegan-choice option you'll be happy to know there is oat milk as a splash option on the condiment counter alongside dairy milk.

The music is chill and at a great volume level so the conversations around not exceedingly loud which is good for people who want to take a phone call while they sip or eat.

There are vegan cookies but no breakfast sandwich option at the moment. I'm hoping I can help change that but we'll see - this is only my...

Pablo’s on 6th has been my go to spot for over a year now. After initially trying all the coffee shops on the various “Best Of” lists only a few stood out. 1. Pablo’s roasts their own beans, 2. Plant city; it’s calming to be around so much green, 3. The Baristas; good people who love coffee and who make your day better, 4. Consistency; smooth, delicious and smells amazing every time, 5. OUTDOOR SEATING, love that you can actually hang out outside and enjoy the brew. Overall, Pablo’s is LIT and you should be consuming their coffee.
