Have to update review after this;
This location and the way the managers and staff treat customers is absolutely appalling. We have been coming here for YEARS, and my daughter who has a dairy allergy and cannot eat cheese or pepperoni was always allowed to substitute them for mushrooms and bacon, with a little tiny container of each for the two ingredients she cannot eat. It was never an issue, until the last two months when all of a sudden it is an extra charge, we are given giant helpings of toppings we don't need and we have to throw away the cheese and pepperoni. I have called and talked to several managers, as well as calling corporate, and I can't believe the lack of accommodations for an ALLERGY! Tonight my husband went to the store where the staff were making comments like "There's no button to push, and we can't substitute a mini Murph", after refusing to accommodate her allergy again, my husband says "It's fine, I will just pay for the toppings." The employee then asked if he wanted her to take the cheese out to put it on the pizza. Husband replied "No, I had to pay for the toppings so just leave them" and she says "I don't care, it doesn't matter to me!" As he is leaving the store an extremely rude employee calls after him, saying "Bye with your no cheese!" I am disgusted that you would run a corporation with service and manners like this. We live near the store, we'll be putting this on Nextdoor so that everyone in the neighborhood knows what kind of business you are running here.
TL;DR: Daughter has dairy allergy, employees don't understand how to not put cheese on a pizza. When husband left store, employee yelled; "Bye with...
Read moreI ordered 20 minutes before coming in. I arrived and only 1 other car was in the parking lot. I figured sweet my order will be ready. I go in there's 1 guy actually working and a lady sitting in the back. The guy in front of me orders and another customer comes in. The guy helps the third customer who came in after me. As the guy standing is helping customer 3 he tells the girl in the back "time to make pizzas" she begrudgingly finally got up. After helping customer 3 the male worker asks what I'm here for and I tell him I ordered online 20 minutes ago. They hadn't even started my pizza, that's fine. They have to get extra dough from the back. I get pre closing, but they also put the ingredients on my pizza away. They girl yelled at the guy 3 times and he couldn't hear her so she finally got closer and told him to get the topping. I feel bad for the poor guy at this point. She made him finish my pizza before disappearing into the back. I will be taking my business the 3 minutes more it'll take to go down to Hampden. This place is a crazy, busy mess half the time and the other half the workers act like it's the worst job ever.
Coming back after giving another chance. It somehow got worse. Ordered at 640 food was meant to be ready by 710. I show up at 617 1 car is waiting. My food will be ready right? Wrong and not only was it not ready the people making food were talking about a Minecraft discord server. There's a time and a place and if you're behind on orders and not even busy you don't need to be talking about anything besides work. Floor was a mess with food and my pizza was even wrapped wrong. Last visit at the leyden location...
Read more2nd post 1 month later: I always order online, and my husband picks up. I left a nice review a month ago for this location. Not tonight! He picked up as usual. However, 1366 Leyden St. in Denver is a new location for us since our closest location recently closed permanently. We he arrived home no dipping sauces were w/him. I called to inform them, and the gal asked if I wanted to come back or a refund. I chose a refund, and she abruptly hung up, no bye, thank you, nothing.... So I called back bc it's after 7p Fri shouldn't be too busy now. I said, you hung up on me. She said, "we were disconnected." . No sorry. I asked. Shouldn't the sauces be in the bay with the pizzas for p/u? She said, no, we keep them in the fridge, so they don't get warm. You have to ask for them. I'm thinking this makes sense. The pizzas are cold and uncooked. Aren't they at risk of getting warm as well? So I said this is a new location, and I wasn't aware of the process. Guess what? "We were disconnected again!" How rude to just hang up in your customers' face. We have another location that's a little closer to our house than this one, so we'll probably try that one next time. This location is just closer to our parents' houses and we can order on our way home from visits but we can also swing by the one near us. We really miss the one that was in the neighborhood on Tower Rd. Don't know why it's permanently closed. Pizzas were ready when my...
