February 18, 2025 I ordered 3 Dubai chocolates through Uber Eats for $118. However, when the driver arrived, he only handed me 1 chocolate. After trying to communicate with him (he didn’t speak English), I called the bakery. The lady on the phone promised she would fix the situation by having me reorder the cheapest item, and she would pay me back via Zelle for the additional chocolates I paid for. She also told me not to tip the driver so she could cover the costs. I eventually received the 2 missing chocolates, but when I asked for the $24 she promised to refund me, she changed her story. She said she would only refund me $16 (the price of the item I ordered). The worst part? She was rude and sounded incredibly annoyed during our conversations, as if I was the one causing trouble. On top of that, I even tipped the Uber driver an extra $3 because I felt bad about the confusion, but I didn’t receive the same level of kindness from the bakery's staff. As for the chocolates themselves, they are not that great. The milk chocolate tastes like something you’d find at Trader Joe’s in a 1 lb bar—nothing special. It’s large, but the taste just doesn’t compare to what you’d expect for the price. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews—it’s all a lie. This was a terrible experience, very bad customer service and I will not be ordering from here again. Plus, the chocolate just isn’t worth the money.

Reem’s Sweets is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and the intoxicating aroma of freshly baked pastries. The selection is incredible, offering an authentic array of Middle Eastern treats that are made with care and precision. The baklava is hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly flaky, with just the right balance of sweetness and richness. What sets Reem’s apart is the attention to detail and quality. You can tell everything is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It’s clear they pour their heart into every creation. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, always willing to share recommendations and explain the different offerings. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to indulge your sweet tooth or grab a special treat for loved ones. If you’re in Denver and love desserts, Reem’s Sweets is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and try more!

I came to visit some relatives in the area from Boulder, Colorado, and they told me I had to check out Reem’s Bakery and I’m so glad I listened! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and inviting the bakery looked. The decor is beautiful simple, modern, and very well kept. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Now let’s talk about the sweets! I tried their baklava and honestly couldn’t stop eating it. It was flaky, perfectly sweet, and full of rich flavor. I also had their Dubai chocolate, and wow so smooth and delicious. You can really taste the quality in everything they make. It’s rare to find a bakery that gets everything right great food, great service, and a great environment. Reem’s Bakery has all of that and more. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or just passing through!

As an expert of baklava and have very good experience with different bakeries and brands

To be honest, this bakery have something similar to baklava and just taste like sugar syrup and very low quality ghee

First things I noticed is the quality is 0.5 out of 10. They add GREEN COLORS TO THE pistachio, and add bad quality nuts, all the bakery items stays uncovered for days, the prices is really expensive compared to quality 18$ for LB was 10$ last year in his old location , the taste is mix of oily and sugary taste. I tried this store many times and I gave them some suggestions but he didn’t change anything.

In Denver there are none good baklava except Istanbul cafe ,17$lb but higher quality and more tasty I would give it 6.5 out of 10 .

A good online options for those who loves baklava is “shatila” good quality I rate it 8/10 and very good price approximately 5-8$ /lb depending on the type. They ship all over USA

The lady who works there is friendly and helpful unlike the owner,

Please try those options and compare it your self , To be fair, go and get some samples

IF THE OWNER AGREES

and compare it with other, also check out the pistachio fingers, so green that after you wash your moth you would think that you ate green paint

The baklava should be balanced, and here they add a lot of sugar to cover the bad quality ingredients they use. I am writing this review after trying the store several times not only once and most of his costumers probably knows no thing...

Just visited Reem’s Bakery — WOW!! ❤️❤️❤️ AMAZING experience.. it was my 1st visit - and I already know I’ll be visiting again. After walking into the shop - you immediately smell those delicious pastries and are taken on this journey of yummy happiness! It’s like a ‘pastry cloud’ lifted you up - and floats you around to enjoy the beautifully presented pastries. Individual bites - so perfect and intricately made.. they almost look like tiny gifts that have been made by something magical ! The owner was there - and was so incredibly warm & welcoming - I couldn’t help but feel warm, cozy & welcomed. It was also probably because while she was selecting my treats from the display cases - she offered me a treat to enjoy! SERIOUSLY! It was so yummy - melted in my mouth and had several perfectly balanced flavors — I swear - I think my knees buckled for a minute it was so good. THANK YOU for such a great experience - and of course for creating beautiful and tasty treats !! I’ll be back for...
