This chipotle-style Indian restaurant in CO is a vibrant fusion of traditional Indian spices and a modern twist. The menu is a fantastic fusion of flavors, both authentic and western. Vegetarian options abound, offering a colorful array of curries and lentil delicacies that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. The customization is where Saucy Bombay truly shines. You can build your own bowl or wrap, layering fragrant basmati rice or warm, fluffy naan with your choice of protein, veggies, and an array of yummy chutneys and toppings. The options are endless, and the owner was sweet enough to walk us through everything with samples. The ambiance is lively and vibrant, with Bollywood tunes and colorful decor transporting you to a joyful celebration.

Wow!!! Do not pass Saucy Bombay without stopping in and giving them a try! This restaurant is a fast casual dining experience with quality food and ingredients. They have make your own plates, bowls or wraps. All of the sauces are vegan and gluten free. The food is very flavorful and delicious! When we visited the owners were there and they are wonderful and very friendly. Eric helped us pick our food and provided excellent customer service, he was very kind, helpful, and patient. I was more than impressed with the whole experience. The naan was delicious and made fresh to order right there! I highly recommend their homemade chai and I will be back without a doubt! Saucy Bombay is a high quality addition to our neighborhood!!!

Wow! I wish I would have came here first! This place is soooo good! From the start, the owner was so friendly and upbeat. Asked if it was my first time here and gave me a bunch of samples to try. Ended up getting a bowl with basmatti rice, paneer cauliflower, and a mix of kadai and korma(really love the Korma especially!) I also got the homemade garlic Naan, BY FAR THE BEST NAAN IVE EVER HAD! The owner let me watch him prepare it and it was awesome! Don't walk, run to this place! I'll be coming here from now on when I'm craving Indian food. Thank you so much!!

Wow grab ahold of your seats because this will be a wild ride. I ordered $33 worth of food for our dinner, wanting to try this restaurant. I used Postmates to order pick-up. I get the text message that my food is ready to grab, and when I wait in the restaurant for 15 minutes, the employee literally throws away his hat and walks out the door. I could tell he was frustrated at the lack of care or attention the manager was giving. That manager (only employee in the store) said that my food wasn’t prepared and to wait. Now there’s a half a dozen customers in the store front and I was waiting 30 minutes for food that wasn’t even prepared yet. I finally tell him to cancel my order, but he won’t resolve it right then since there are other customers waiting for food. He promises me he will contact Postmates to get a refund, but a week later and nothing. I said that there was no guarantee he would contact them later on in the evening after I left. I was right. They got my $33 and I had wasted almost an hour trying to get my food prepared. I’d give this establishment a 0/5 stars if I could.

Do yourself a favor and just don’t bother. They clearly don’t have the means to run...

This place has ruined my lunch plan 3 days in a row now. I have been craving some indian food and have been dissapointed each time Ive placed or tryed to place an order. One day this week I managed to place an order through grub hub and some of my items I had paid for were never delivered and I had to get a refund which was a let down for sure because I was really looking forward to giving these guys a try. Yesterday I had my lunch later in the day and was planning on picking up my order or dining in and when I got to the store a sign was posted saying theu were not open till 4pm even though their google listing says other wise. So I settled for something else again with hopes of getting to try them today. I once again while at work placed my order through a third party called door dash and had my order cancelled out of nowhere. The reasoning...they are not open once again even though their site and store voicemail say different. Ive been really let down and have chosen to go elsewhere. Not a way to do business for sure and definately not the way to...

I had a really bad experience going to this restaurant. They don't know how to cook even a simple naan. If you are from India & looking for Indian cuisine -please do not go to this restaurant and waste your money. The food is not worth it. We ordered a cheese naan with a bowl entree & waited forever to get the naan as they didn't know how to cook. Two individuals who worked in the shop tried one after the other to cook a naan & kept burning nearly 10 naans to get a properly cooked one, however we ended up getting another burnt naan which we had to trash. They weren't willing to give back the money we paid for naan, instead kept us waiting forever & gave away a burnt naan which smelled horrible, which they should have trashed. Potato bonda is another total waste snack which was tasteless and i'm sure it was not freshly cooked. Must be old. Please please do not waste your money going to this restaurant. It wazzzzzzzzzzzz terrible. We had a frustrating experience wasting our money...
