Overall this place is fine. The food is good. But they need to be more organized and efficient. Staff are nice, but not overly friendly or customer service oriented. Store is clean. I came in one day and the person ahead of me was standing, waiting to be served. I don't know how long he had been waiting, but while I was behind him, it was at least another 10 minutes. There was only one employee making the orders and she was working on on-line or call in orders. Finally another employee came out and started to help us, the person in front of me ordered a quesadilla and then when I left the store, he was still waiting for it. My son went in the other day for a veggie bowl and they were almost completely out of veggies. 1/25/2023: Bad experience. Female worker at 5:50pm with glasses, no name tag appears to take orders personally. Asked for more rice, which I was willing to pay for as I wanted more than 1/4 cup. Previously I witnessed orders ahead of me getting huge scoops of meat. Due to asking for more rice and apparently irritating worker, she purposely put a tablespoon of meat on my bowls I ordered. Very unprofessional. The food is not coming out of her pocket. Consistency is key. The scoops they were handing out could have easily been charged double meat, but ask for a decent amount of rice and you would have thought I had offended the worker. I had 3 stars. After today, one star. And I paid $24 for two meals. Not sure I will return. 4/3/2023: Really bad quality of food today and lately. I understand staff shortages but workers should do their job right. Ordered a chicken bowl, just white rice, black beans, regular chicken, red salsa, corn cheese and guacamole. I don’t what this is. I feel like it might be part of an avocado but I don’t know for sure. I couldn’t identify it. Didn’t smell like avocado. Lately when I order guacamole, I’m finding avocado peels in it. Read moreThis is my not my first experience with this Chipotle and I have been disappointed enough where it’s driven me to leave a negative review which I don’t enjoy doing. One visit was to dine in, we arrived over an hour before close; There were multiple hand written signs saying bathrooms were closed and not to ask for the code, and hand written signs saying there was no queso or guacamole available, yet there was an employee mixing up a whole new batch of rice. We go to cash out, there was a Chipotle employee putting on her earrings in front of the register chatting with the employee closing us out. My credit union debit card (it doesn’t have TAP access) is not registering when it’s inserted, after a few attempts she finally takes her attention from the girl putting her earrings on and says only the tap works right now on the machine and provided no alternatives in entering in my payment information. Today I got an order for pick up. The guacamole is only smashed avocados with a couple onions, it’s dark and clearly not kept fresh, the chips are soft and stale. I hope the franchise owner (or who this concerns) is aware of this off putting service and disappointing...
Read moreThis restaurant was likely understaffed and underprepared for providing food at 7:00pm, resulting in one of the worst experiences at Chipotle I've ever had. The person working the line was giving everyone hilariously small portions, roughly a half scoop of everything, including taking food off the burritos to put it back in the trays. When someone would ask for more, the staff would respond "would you like anything else from this station?" to imply that any extra would be charged as a double portion. I suspect this was likely because they didn't have any additional food prepared, and were desperately trying not to run out of food and have to stop entirely. The dining area was also filled with people waiting for pick-up orders, some of whom complained about the wait and were told "there's only a few more orders ahead of you". There were no chips ready, and I had to wait for the only person doing checkout to get more, which just slowed things down further. There were no lids at the drink station, both the person in front of me and myself had to go back up and get staff's attention to get one. Saddest and worst $10 burrito I've ever...
