I went to this location about 9pm yesterday and they are TERRIBLE !! If I could 0 stars on a review I would. We pull up in the drive thru, no one else is ordering so I figured well this will be fast - I was dead wrong ... The girl tells us to hold on, we wait forever for her to come back to take our order. We order two things a breakfast burrito and chill cheese tots. We waited at least another 10 minutes ( and I'm quite sure it was longer than that) for our food, so I was thinking well at least this will be fresh - I was dead wrong again- The tots tasted as if they had been made them in the morning and had been left under a heat lamp all day. So it was like someone had taken old stale tots, dumped the juice out of a canned chilli over the top of them and sprinkled on some cheese. The breakfast burrito was used making those same terrible tots, a TON of jalapenos, some onion and a dash of cheese.... That's it folks NO eggs in this burrito AT ALL. We don't live close and I honestly didn't have the energy at the end of my day to go back and complain to two teenagers left in charge of a restaurant alone at night ... Not worth it ! BUT I AM NEVER GOING BACK and Sonic as a whole has lost our business because after reading these other reviews their corporate office should care more that this Sonic has a reputation of slow,...
Read moreFirst off, the speaker system at this location is pathetic. I couldn't hear her well and likewise, she couldn't hear me. I ordered a breakfast sandwich along with 2 Chili Dogs with no onion or cheese and 1 Chili Dog with cheese and onion. I reviewed the order with the person at the pickup window and he assured me that it was all correct. When I got back to my store I found that I had 2 Dogs with only cheese and one with onion and cheese and no chili. I took the Dogs back to Sonic and the same person was at the i pickup window, REBEL, with a backwards L. I explained what was wrong and he seemed very agitated, he turned and slammed them into a trash can. When he returned with the corrected order I sarcastically said that I was sorry to have irritated him. He told me that I had thrown attitude at him and that he was just throwing it back. Needless to say a bit of a heated exchange of words followed and then came the kicker. He told me that 'if I didn't like it not to' and then he caught himself before the last 2 words came out. I pulled away from the window and called the store manager. He was apologetic and that was it and he hung up. I will honor "REBEL's" request. I WON'T GO BACK, Not to that...

I order two sodas, he replied "Can't you go through the drive through" I then explained that we had ladders on the truck and could not. After 20mins I approached Crystal who was serving and asked her why it was taking over 20mins for two sodas. She pointed to the parking lot and said "WE'RE BUSY! IT'S HALF PRICE SODA AND SHAKES!"and then stormed inside. When she came out again I asked for the manager. "WHAT DO YOU WANT HIM FOR HE GOING TO SAY THE SAME THING" after I responded to get him right now. She then stormed in again only this time decided to flip me off as she was going through the door. Then Bryan the manager came out I explained that it had been over 25mins now and I have not received my order of TWO SODAS! He said sorry we are so busy. I now found this to be a joke, 25mins for two @&$!%#! SODAS. He ask me what I order, l told him and then he went inside. I waited around for another 5 mins and he never returned. I then knocked on the window and demanded my money back. Shouldn't hire immature children to run a business! Wasn't the 1st time I've had issues with this Sonic location, but I can guarantee it...
