I started following Chez Mémé on IG and was immediately taken aback by how beautiful the rugs are that are sourced for this business. I know own two rugs & a throw pillow that I bought from them. All of the rugs have such unique style, patterns, & colors. Because they’re vintage, they often have such beautiful wear patterns that you cannot find in a rug that’s bought new from a store. Each rug is hand-knotted in an era long ago, so you know the quality is unmatched. These rugs were made to stand up to years (decades) of use. France Lee, the owner & operator of the business, is delightful & friendly. Don’t be surprised if she offers you a cup of coffee or a nibble if you’re picking up your rug at her home. I’m completely obsessed with Chez Mémé Vintage. I have several rugs from here throughout my home, and every single one is a showstopper. The quality is unreal—these rugs are not only beautiful but built to last. I have two dogs who are constantly running, playing, and napping all over them, and they’ve held up perfectly. They somehow manage to be both durable and elegant, which is no easy feat.

You can tell how much love and intention goes into curating each piece. Every rug feels like a little work of art with its own story. I always get compliments when guests come over!
