Read moreThis location is exceptionally slow. It took a minute to be greeted at the register. I had to say hello first. Then they made me wait another minute while they did who knows what. When I attempted to place my order, the cashier mumbled something to someone else about whether or not they had an ingredient necessary for my drink. I then stood there while they all asked each other if they had it or not before finally being told they didn’t have it. At this point, I just left because the service up to that point was pretty underwhelming. I have been to this location before with similar experiences. Drive thru isn’t quite as bad because you don’t actually see what a mess they are inside. I understand that it gets busy & sometimes you are out of things, but you make up for that with customer service. Greet me as soon as I walk up. Maybe smile? Maybe speak more clearly so I have an understanding of what is going on, so that I don’t just feel like I’m being ignored or left in the dark. When you’re out of something, maybe suggest an alternative or at least be apologetic instead of just coldly telling me you can’t make what I ordered. I ask for sugar free because I am diabetic and they eff it up and give me a sugary drink. I get halfway through my drink before I realize they are the reason I feel like crap because someone was too irresponsible to do their job and repeat my order back to me. Not only that, I waited long time for a drink that was not even correct. I worked at Starbucks for 3.5 years and the way this staff treats their customers would have never been acceptable at the Starbucks company I worked for in 2008. Absolutely ridiculous.
